Ah, the allure of an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet! Brings me back to my highcschool days in San Diego. These places could be found everywhere in the lste 90s early 2000s. While the food may not have been the best quality, there were some redeeming qualities at the 4 Season buffet. First the crab legs and fried shrimp were decent, and the hibachi grill offered a nice change of pace. Here i think management could do better with the presrntation of this feature. Instead its hiden in the back. Make this an entertaining area to wait for your food. For those who may not be familiar, hibachi is a style of cooking where a chef prepares food on a large griddle, often performing tricks and stunts with knives and spatulas. They dont do this at the 4 season, though. It would be great because It's always entertaining to watch! Unfortunately, the sushi left something to be desired, with a noticeable lack of freshness and quality. Despite this, I remain hopeful that with a few tweaks and improvements, this restaurant could really elevate their offerings and provide a more satisfying dining experience for customers. Fingers crossed! This is something...
Read moreWhile it's mostly a 3, I'm giving it a 4 because it's just not a 3 either lol!. The place has an older feel, not very "upscale" buffet but it gains traction due to the chef's grill station where you can have various meats and veggies fresh-grilled similar to Mongolian BBQ. If you like Sushi, there are some nice choices too. I visited on Father's Day (they served carved beef, raw oysters, steamed crab legs). I'm not sure if those and if Sushi and the grill station is open at all days and pricepoints but I'd call them to make sure.
The Buffet food choices were pretty good but remember, this is a mid to lower-priced buffet and not high end.
Cleanliness, At a buffet , I look for the appearance of fresh and hot food service and maintained. This place is about average for that. The restrooms while maintained, were a mess but that's due to the "quality" of visitors and not so much the restaurant. These days, buffets in Hemet are about 21 dollars a seat (dinner) and as hard as it is to accept it, they are in line for what you get. Overall I say it's worth a visit, have some chef-grilled...
Read moreI was very excited to try this place. I have been watching them work on it for months. I finally decided to go to yesterday which was a Friday. I must admit that they were speedy in getting me seated. next I browsed the food available I did notice there were a few things that look tasty. I tried their crab legs, chow mein hibachi. It was not good and the food was cold except for the hibachi . I was disappointed after trying everything a meal for two on a Friday for dinner is about $53 with drinks when I did see around the hibachi area they were flies, flying around the area of where the vegetables are I felt sick because I had just ate my food from there. I won’t be back I was so disappointed I really wanted to like this place so bad . But cleanliness is important and this place lacks it . I also don’t like how there is a lady that stands over you while you’re eating so she can collect plates. Please give customers space to eat . I don’t recommend...
