The Good Egg Family Restaurant — Restaurant in San Jacinto

We recently visited this popular breakfast spot for the first time, and it's clear to see why it draws a crowd. Upon arrival, we noticed the restaurant was bustling with patrons, although we were fortunate not to have to wait in line.

When we entered, we requested a menu from one of the staff members, who seemed quite overwhelmed with her tasks. Unfortunately, she ended up tossing the menu at us rather abruptly. While we didn't get her name and generally don't let such incidents affect us, we recognize that this type of behavior might offend some customers. It's crucial for businesses to maintain excellent customer service, as it plays a significant role in retaining loyal patrons.

That being said, the food at this establishment was delicious, with an extensive selection of omelettes, pancakes, and other breakfast favorites. Our server was friendly and attentive, even in the midst of the restaurant's hectic atmosphere. The quality of the food and the majority of the service were commendable.

However, considering our overall experience, we're hesitant to return. Although the food was enjoyable, it wasn't exceptional enough to warrant enduring any potential encounters with less-than-courteous staff members. In the future, we hope this restaurant takes customer service more seriously, as it plays a significant role in creating a pleasant dining experience...

I have driven past this place dozens of times, my only complaint is the rest of the plaza always seems vacant. The service was great. I am disabled and explained my situation to the serve so she opened a closed section for my convenience.

I ordered the ruben, it was HUGE I was very impressed. Most places the sour kraut is cool and slightly burnt from the grill, here it was hot and perfect. My fiance ordered the chili spaghetti. He has not seen anyone in years serving that dish. He was so excited. He was prepared to add all kinds of salt and pepper to the dish. I tried it first and told him it already had some kick, try it first. He tried it and LOVED it the way it is. He always "doctors" his food, even my food. He came in thinking about just having something small like soup and salad. This plate of chili and spaghetti was over a pound of food, he was stuffed with about 3 bites left on his plate!

We were so impressed with the food, how clean and nice the place looks and the service that we are talking to them about hosting our wedding reception in October. They are happy to decorate however we want, indoor or outdoor on the patio. They are very accommodating with whatever we can dream up and for a reasonable price.

Horrible experience I really wanted to steak and stopped at this location only to be deeply disappointed. I ordered the sir line with double veggies which turned out to be frozen because they clearly had no flavor and tasted like water. My steak I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and it was completely cooked no pink no flavor just sad. When the waitress asked if we needed anything else is clearly we hadn't touched our food I told her how disappointed I was in our entire meal and explain to her all of the issues that I had. She gave us 10% off which came out to a $1.50 off of just one meal then she took off the coffee. When I walked up to pay which is right by the front door there was someone else's credit card facing up just there I couldn't clearly taking those people's information this is a very sad establishment and I will never ever be eating here again save your money just get a frozen dinner that's pretty much what it tasted like. I should have known to run away because when we 1st walked in the waitress was asking if we saw 2 people leave and I asked if they diner dashed she said yes and if she finds them she will humiliate...
