Golden Chop Stix — Restaurant in San Jacinto

I got a 3item. I said nothing at all to expect this experience. They over packed the box with rice and chow mein leaving very little room for the entree items.

Then while scooping the entree items, he emptied the scoop multiple times to put less meat. Only trying to scoop vegetables. All choice of entrees had more then enough food in them. They do not let you know what items they charge extra for either. Which is about 3-4 items on the hot counter. They wait until your at the register. When I got to the register I got charged for every little thing. All sauces I was charged extra. Had to pay an extra fee for using my card. When I order online I don't have an extra fee. Also got charged $0.25 for the fork.

This place is a joke. And bad representative for the chain itself. Mr. Woos is down the street. They will receive all my business and my recommendation for a Chinese place in the area.

They would have got a review if they had an ideal of being polite and listen and make things right from door dash not knowing how to confirm and read what was ordered- I wish i could say one good thing about it but I never got ny food and the rude employee on the phone said its my lost and he will not do anything to help are anything to get my 90$ back- so after a hour wait-a hungry family and an small order for one person and an open coke from wingstreet -was what ended up in my hands-i did get my refund from door dash but not from any kindness of Mr chop-lips -i took my rude phone call and ended up hanging up on Mr mean sticks -and so went the 10 $ chicken wings to my kid-whilr someone was enjoying my 90 doller meal that was given to them -and off to make a hamburger helper . I ordered twice from this place using Doordash. Twice they have given me food that I didn’t place an order for. For some reason the employees here keep on sending me veggie egg rolls when i clearly ordered chicken egg rolls. I asked these people in my last order NOT to send me veggie egg rolls if they are out of chicken egg rolls. They sent the veggie ones any way. I also ordered BBQ pork, but this is the second time they were out of it. If they were professional, they would ask the dasher to call the customers and let us know that they are out of a certain product and if we would like something else.
