El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in San Jacinto

Disgusting! Don’t buy here and spend your money elsewhere. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy food! Lazy, sloppy and useless staff. If you don’t like working in a restaurant why did you apply for a job at Pollo Loco? Hire new staff cause they are all terrible. Hire people that need a job and appreciate their services. Creamy sauce is watered down, if you ask for your salsa or napkins they get offended like they don’t use napkins. If you request for something like “no pico or cheese” they won’t make you your order instead they will finger pick everything out from a pre made order. Tip of advise hire new management, hire new staff that do want the job they applied for and stop the sloppy and tasteless food service. What is going on here! Manger is just angry! The food quality has gone down hill. Sloppy burritos that are soaking wet and taste horrible. Hard chicken that is dark brown and nearly black dryed out. When returned it to have it remade the new window guy apologized and said oh my! That's not right. Offered me a drink for my time and apologized again. Manager was hovering over him and throwing eye darts then screamed have an awesome day from a distance!. Since the Hemet location is soooooooo much more expensive with major staff issues and angry management also we won't be going there or here in San Jacinto our 4 time a week any longer. Starting with the service: The costumer service was terrible, going through the drive-thru, the female taking the order sounded annoyed the whole time and kept rushing me. Could or wouldn't split the order, so I ended up paying for my passengers/coworkers meal (whatever). But literally the whole time, annoyed and rushing me (There was no one else in the drive-thru). Had to stop her like three times "hold on can you give me a second."

I got a chicken avocado burrito. Chicken was dry and really salty and the avocado was hard. Like chewing plastic.

Really sucks. I genuinely have and will continue to enjoy this franchise. Just not here.
