Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Jacinto

I'm very very upset with both the customer service and the quality of food being served out of this location. I ordered a pizza a couple days ago and not only was I completely disrespected by one of the employees in the back but my pizza was made incorrect as well. A simple mistake but I let them know and spoke with the manager who didn't hesitate to give me a remake credit for my order to be used at a later date given the fact that I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back and pick up the remake that day. Well tonight(May 11) my boyfriend and I decided to use our credit after a long day of work and no eating. I called this store since it's only a few blocks away from my house and was greeted by a very unfriendly and unwelcoming gentleman who proceeded to argue with me about my order the entire time and was continuously sarcastic, belittling and rude. My pizzas were delivered and one of them was incorrect again. I called back in and explained to them that the pizzas were made incorrectly and given the fact that it was already a remake I simply asked that I could have my $15 credit back. The gentleman that I spoke with originally answered the phone again and proceeded to be rude a second time only this time he wanted to argue over whose fault it was that my pizza came out wrong. I explained to the gentleman that regardless whose fault it is or who messed up, worrying about that doesn't spontaneously make my order correct or make my money worth spending. He continued to argue with me and remain prideful. I tried explaining to him that the $15 credit was and still is my money. Nobody goes out and intentionally orders and spends their hard earned money on something they don't like. Especially when you work a full time job and had a long day at work without getting the chance to eat. I don't feel that it is fair for me to waste $15 on food two times in a row. He refused to give me my credit and informed me that since the entire order wasn't wrong that he could only give me $5 back. Mind you, I spent an additional $5 on this particular order making my order total $20. After arguing with me tooth and nail he finally offered to remake my pizza and have a second one delivered. When my pizza was brought to me it was a complete mess. They had thrown everything together so carelessly that I couldn't even eat it. They had drenched it in sauce and garlic making it soggy and unbearable. As you can probably imagine I was extremely upset but by this point it was already after hours and I felt it was best not to speak with this gentleman again and take things above him. I will be leaving reviews on every social media as well as google and yelp. I will be contacting corporate about this and I will speak with his manager. Had I not gotten such horrible customer service with this location I wouldn't have made it a big deal at all. I just feel personally disrespected and wronged by this particular location and I would like attention brought to the rude and snide comments made to customers by their employees. If you're gonna have bad service at least have excellent food or vice versa but for them to be terrible at both is just a little ridiculous and should definitely not...

So the other day, I tried to order a stuffed pizza through the app. After trying several times it would not let me add a stuffed crust pizza. I called the location and found out that they had ran out. This was around 6pm. After speaking to the person at the location they stated that they would try and make more and to check the app in 15 min. After 20 min I was able to purchase the pizza through the app. When I arrived I picked up the pizza and wings after waiting about 15 min at the window through their drive through. The app stated that the pizza was ready so we pulled through. Once I arrived home, I opened the box to find the pizza was cold and looked like they had just tried to roll some cheese into the stretched out thin crust. It didn't work because there was hardly any cheese in the crust. Some pieces had none. There was barley even any sauce on the pizza as well as very little cheese. After eating one chicken wing, I found that one of them was still partially frozen. I had visited this location once before and the pizza was not as bad but similar. For as much as they charge this should not have happened. Needless to say, we threw the pizza in the garbage and went to get something else. Completely disappointed. first off my husband used the restroom and in one stall there was puke everywhere. secind stall was occupied and my gusband heard the person fishing for toilet paper. he asked the guy do you need some paper he stated no i got it. then the guy came out and he was one of the cooks. my husband told him im a little leary to eat here there is puke everywhere in here. the cook laughed and literally put his fingertips in the water,(no soap!) for 2 seconds and then went in the kitchen to cook! so we were sitting in the waiting area and watching them cook the food and we noticed our pizza. we ordered a pineapple and ham pizza. they realized they forgot the pineapple so they threw it on cold. my husband said something and the guy denied it! my husband said i watched you! and they refused to recook it. went home and my husband was so mad he went back and took the whole pizza and told them this is redicilous! so the re cooked us another one. have to say horrible horrible horribl and never again! discusting, unfriendly, and very un-...
