I placed an online order 30 mins before closing so they had plenty of time to pack it up and I could’ve came and got it before they closed. Well they were too lazy to answer their phone when I saw my order wasn’t being worked on so I came down got here 10 mins before closing. A security guard was outside when I pulled up, and quickly went inside when I parked. I walked to the door for it to be locked mind you ITS NOT EVEN 10 yet. So I look at my order to see they canceled it. So congrats because you have lazy people, you lost that sale along with every other sale I would have placed. Their customer service has always sucked here compared to other dispos in the area. Apparently they don’t care to take care of their customers or they don’t need the money since they’re closing early and running away from their customers. Literally couldn’t even say “hey we just closed a little early tonight” least I would’ve been understanding. But you lost $$$ instead. Thanks to BLAZED UTOPIA they got me in and taken care of past their closing time to accommodate me. There’s plenty of other dispos in the area now…lots of competition. Should be taking care of their customers. 1 bad interaction leads to negative world of mouth to every single person they know. And believe me when I’m telling EVERYONE to not spend their money here. ** let me clarify for the “owner” I have proof that I was there before 9:55 and proof you “completed” my order on WM, saying I had already picked it up before I was even there. I understand following the laws. But fact is you canceled my order that I placed before 9:55 (I have screenshots) and a security guard watched me get out and ran inside and your entire staff ignored me when I knocked. I’m a 20 year old and the first time I came here I used a medical certificate and my Id, I didn’t have my card at the time since I barely had purchased it. That Was about a month ago and every receptionist since then has never given me any problems, not sure if there was a new rule, but I came in today and the receptionist was doing her thing and asked me if I had my card, I said “no I do not but I should be in the system”. She then proceeded to ask another worker if they still allow people through without their medical card or certificate, but are in the system and was told no and she said “I thought so”. I then told her that “it’s okay and I’ll go get my certificate it’s in the car”, she was cool with it. I left and started walking to my car, when I was stopped by this security guard he then said “are you the person without the medical card”, I said “yes I am, but I have my certificate in the car”, he then proceeded to tell me “you can only use the medical card here, but there’s blazed down the street I’m sure they love to have you there”. Not sure why he’s recommending another dispensary but I’ll take the advice, The actual workers inside are very nice,I enjoyed the vibe every time and I never had problems here, but after that I just didn’t feel welcomed anymore. Nice peeps and reasonable prices, especially on the Cali Buds. So glad they're in town and we love how they fixed up the once-vacant building. They go all out w/ their Halloween and Christmas decor, offering some fun photo-opps. As we've entered their building we've seen cars slowing down to take a look at the spooky dispensary or winter wonderland as they drive by 🎃🤡🎅👀

It's been a year since I updated my review, and some of my holiday captures go back to 2022, so I've attached Halloween and Christmas 2024, and the State Street construction sale they had in between 👍 For 2025 hubs & I hit up their 4/20 sale because it fell on Easter, and it was on point with cornhole to play and mini pancakes to eat 😋

They offer a rewards system! After accumulating points for a year, I had to update my review Feb 2023 when we were able to use our points for merch or product. You can check your points balance w/ a budtender or find it on your receipt when you check out.
