SJ’s BEST CHILAQUILES?! Consider this Part 4 of my quest for the best chilaquiles in the valley and I think we found our contender. Taqueria Azteca is the epitome of a sleeper hit, it’s so GOOD, you can’t miss this. It’s authentic and the closest I’ve gotten to San Diego level of yummy Mexican cuisine. Trust me when I say I know my Chilaquiles at this point, I’m a little obsessed with this place.

We stopped by, and I ordered my favorite Mexican dish, the Machaca Plate and my wife ordered the Steak plate. By the time we were finished. The plate was empty. Everything was OUTSTANDING. Please support this local small business. We will definitely be coming back. This is a GEM in the Hemet/San...
