I came here and had 3 keys made. The owner was so nice. I thought I had found a great new hardware store until I got home and the 2 house keys did not fit my front door. 3 of us tried it. I looked at the keys and although it was the right cut, the keys he made were a little thicker than my key. I went back to the store , hoping he had a different key he could cut. The owner was so aggravated with me and said "I don't normally give refunds because it's not my fault" he gave me my money back and threw the key in the trash saying "now I will loose money on those" He was NOT nice ! I drove 6 miles each way , so 24 miles total. I will NOT be going back to this store. (That's it?)... I said, "It's not funny!". The clerk (no mask) commented to the other man that didn't have a mask on, "You have a choice" . Hmmm. well... me too. I won't be shopping there. Ever.
