We got a puff pastry cake and it was pricey. They told us that it wouldn't be made until we paid it off, so we went on Friday to finish paying it off, we wanted it for Saturday, and they told us it had been made, it was left to sit and refrigerate for a day and a half and tasted cruddy. The bread is good, however their cleaning needs so much improvement. The thongs used are not sanitized after each use, not even wiped down. I was standing in line and the cashier threw them back into the canister after she charged the lady in front of me. I had always been hesistant to try this spot. I really like Conchas and I don't want to mess up my taste buds with nasty ones. A friend of my offered me a cookie the other day.
