I love the drinks here, but the customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I came in around 2:30 PM on 8/20/2025 after placing a phone order for two coconut coffees (my dad was in the car with me when I ordered — so yes, I know exactly what I said). When I got there, they handed me two Coconut Clouds instead. The cashier with long bangs was polite and tried to be helpful, but then the tall, lanky guy making drinks in the back decided to come out and talk down to me, insisting they "double confirmed" the order over the phone and basically said they wouldn’t fix it next time. Are you serious? That is not how you talk to a customer — especially when you’re the one who messed up. The attitude was completely uncalled for, and honestly, just rude and unprofessional. I went on a Saturday during lunchtime and the wait for my drink felt like 30min. The line for the self-pay was 5-7 min. I got the popular banana matcha. The banana gave it a nice flavor and texture. The matcha itself was a thin liquid versus the creamy matcha that I’m used to. If the banana wasn’t on top, I wouldn’t have liked the matcha all that much, but it compliments it well. From mixed chè to litchi coffee to pandan milk tea... the menu here has SO MUCH VARIETY! I came here to try the Lychee Rose Milk Tea. If you like really creamy milk tea, you'll like this! There's more lychee flavor than rose, so it doesn't have that strong perfume taste. I'll definitely be back to try their Logan Honey Milk Tea or Xi Muoi Plum...
