BAMBŪ Desserts & Drinks — Restaurant in San Jose

The joint itself was very nice and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. However, perhaps my mango fruit tea drink was not of a good batch, as it didn't really feel cold at all despite the ice, and the taste literally disappeared halfway through.

We also had an unusual older lady come up to us from outside demanding money in an unusual manner, and she tried pestering everyone and ended up following us out of the store. We also witnessed another man doing a similar thing to other people's cars. Both of them were wearing grey shirts that said "STAFF" and it seemed to have some "San Jose" related affiliation with the shirts, but didn't look too closely.

The offerings definitely seemed very nice otherwise, and I'm definitely willing to try other drinks here as it just seemed like a one off thing (will update review...

I come in to purchase 3 items from this place 1 of thier #10 and 2 of their #3. Came out to be $21.00 I paid with a 20$ bill and 1 dollar bill. The one dollar bill was ripped at 1 corner. The cashier demanded that I give her a brand new bill. Because their manager/owner doesn't allow them to take old or rip bills. And if they do, he will have to replace it with their own money. There is so so many things wrong with that statement and hiw illegal. I have file a complaint with the California Attorney General, the California...

Just stop by this week and tried out avocado desert. It is a real disapointed or truly disgusting. We all thrown the cup into trash can after 2 minutes after received our drink. They serve us the imitated avocado power instead of fresh avocado...... So far, we trust the brand we had never has this problem in any other Bambu shop. This first and last time! This should be a warning for consumer.... Do not know how many other "funny" substance are filled in to serve to customer. It is they go for profit...
