Birrieria El Primo — Restaurant in San Jose

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start off the food is extremely overpriced and not good at all. Secondly the service is HORRIBLE. We were charged extra for food we did not even order. When confronted about the mistake they did not give us a new receipt and used the old one with the added items we didn’t order. The lady then charged us the total with the extra stuff we didn’t order and she gave us back the money that she charged us for after the transaction. We decided to go back to get a receipt when suddenly another woman who works there who goes by the name of Amelia started harassing us saying that we stole from the young waitress who goes by the name Cynthia. In front of everyone she publicly humiliated us and claiming we were robbing her of her money. Again we paid the whole amount and she only returned the money that she wrongly charged us for. We asked to speak to the manger and the manager said he was busy and couldn’t talk. She forcibly wanted us to pay the items we did NOT ask for. We left with no apology not from the waitress, not from the woman who was harassing us and not even the manager himself. PLEASE DO NOT EVER EAT HERE AND IF YOU DO PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE NOT CHARGING YOU EXTRA WITHOUT YOU...

I want to keep it short and simple I hating having to leave a 1 stair review to a company but this one went too far, so me and my friend ordered burritos to go and Took about 30-40min for them to make it and it was not that busy and also noticed none of the employee workers in the back are wearing facemask and is not following COVID-19 guidelines, upon receiving our order and hours after eating the burrito I noticed that we don't feel so good after, my friend told me she wasn't feeling well as she had to go to the bathroom numerous time and also I started feeling the same my stomach didn't like whatever that was inside that burrito and I have ordered the exact same burrito from other taco places and I never feel this type before so it something from there, and I've heard it from other people that have went here in the last couple days on getting food sick and since it got involve us getting sick and food...

We spent like $45 it was my first time there we order beef soup the meat was red like it had been reheated so many times, I order posole for me it tasted rotten I couldn't eat it I was too embarrassed to tell the waitress so I waited until we were leaving. I will never go back there. I learn my lesson because I started vomiting 30mn after eating there.

Gastamos como $45 para comer ai el dinero no es lo importante, ordenamos caldo de res y posole el posole estava echado a perder el caldo la Carne Roja y desaciendose como si lo ubieran calentado varias veces. Mi primera vez ai y no regresare. Aprendi mi leccion 30mn despues...
