Caminos de Michoacán — Restaurant in San Jose

My wife and I have been looking for a new Mexican restaurant. This place was recommended by a co-worker. The restaurant is a small place in a tiny strip mall, but don't let that fool you. We have tried a few other Mexican restaurants recently that were...eh, but the food here at Puro Michocan, all I can say is WOW! It was delicious! I especially loved the refried beans. They were almost creamy. They were SO good. We will definitely be back. The only complaint, and I hesitate to even call it a complaint, is the menu was a little difficult to read. I guess having my glasses would have helped. 😁 We will be back soon. Keep up the good work...

OMG! The food here is AWESOME! Ran across them on Door Dash. First time got the Menudo, Super chicken Taco, and Super chicken burrito. That was last Sunday morning. Been thinking and talking about this restaurant since then. Today is Wednesday and I actually went inside on my way home. Surprisingly, I've lived down the street from this place for 4.5 years. We've been meani.g to stop by and check it out. Ideally, we wanted to sit down and take itnall in, but that wasn't possible this time. Upon entering, the restaurant is small and intimate. Very clean and well taken care of. The employee greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to us. She even took the time to explain the menu. Based off the service alone, I highly recommend this place.
