Burger King — Restaurant in San Jose

I went in this morning, a Sunday, at about 10:00 thinking I'd like to get some breakfast. There was a woman with two children standing at the counter waiting to be waited on. It was almost five minutes before someone came over to take her order. During this time, the man behind the counter found it more important to refill the coffee maker with fresh grounds than to attend the counter. Having taken the woman's order, the young man left, knowing that I also was waiting to order, left to attend to other duties. I left and got my breakfast elsewhere. Now, I do not think it entirely the young fellow's fault. The shop was being manned by only two people, the other of which was preparing the food. I believe the owner/manager of this restaurant had insufficient staff to handle customers correctly on this day. Further, the staff that they did have were insufficiently trained in how to treat customers correctly. Clearly, the one person behind the counter put his emphasis almost entirely on the drive-thru window. This is most likely because there is a timer of how quickly the drive-thru customers are served. By far the worst tasting sourdough burger I have had yet when I got to the place it wasn't very clean bathroom had an odor that made it hard to use it but then when I go to place my order after waiting for the wifi to work the guy ask me my order just as I go to show him the number on my phone he then tells me to wait ok so you get busy that's ok with me but I ordered I sourdough burger I was thinking the bread would be toasted right well I got one side burned and the other side cold and then I take a bite well it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese they had put on it and whatever else was supposed to be on that burger was piled in the middle I'm not sure this place should be...

The outer packaging of the many ketchup packages were stuck with honey that had broken out and were very sticky. Due to the recent heavy rains in the San Francisco Bay Area, the roof here leaked, and many pieces of the indoor ceiling were removed. The buckets were placed on the floor to catch water dripping from the roof. Of the two restrooms, one was out of order and closed; the other was not very clean and the faucet was broken and still running water. The freshly fried French fries were quite hot and delicious.
