I cannot day enough for Sean at this store ( Westfield Mall, SJC) . My husband was hell bent on getting my engagement ring by himself , with all details given from me of course . Sean helped him every step of the way not only by showing their amazing versatile collection but also educating him about diamonds and everything. Sean has figured my husband out inside out just like me to the extent where when we went back to him to shop for my husbands wedding band , he knew exactly when to back off and not put more pressure on him. My husband gets a little jittery while making big decisions of his life but he completely outdid himself with my ring , I am in LOVE . I still get teary eyed everytime I stare at my ring for too long . Sigh. And Sean made this happen for him! I had been shopping around for several months for a diamond engagement ring for my then girlfriend who knew exactly what she wanted. I walked in to the one located in the Westfield Valley fair in San Jose mall and I saw that they had a large selection of jewelry and watches. I met Hassan at the front counter and he helped me find a diamond ring that she would love. He beat every other place in all their grades and cost. She is blown away with her ring. We ended up purchasing not only an engagement ring but our wedding bands as well. I bought my wife’s bridal set from this place in 2015. The first couple years of service were good. They were closed during Covid . Now in nov 2021 I Bring my wife’s ring in to have it polished and have it rhodium treated and some diamonds replaced all covered under lifetime warranty before now says it is going to cost $145 . That’s coming from manager at the Hayward store Farbes is his name. He stated that I had to bring it in every three moths for that to be valid my paperwork from when I bought the set says no such thing. I asked for a corporate number he said there is no corporate number . Very bad business find some where else to buy. I hope this is just a bad employe interaction I will update if they make it right.
