Overall an okay experience. If you like taking cute pictures with hot chocolate it's for you. I got abuelitas hot chocolate, perfect sips I would say. Ready to drink, it was not super hot just right. I got a concha sandwich with ice cream it was ok. My husband said his teeth hurt because of way too much sugar in the ice cream. I Wanted to get a big chocolate or strawberry concha And it was not available when I went. Also there is no soap in the public bathroom I did let them know but it was not fixed right away. I felt like someone else already alerted them about it and still not fixed. I hope there is a second bathroom in the back with soap🫧...

I have been wanting to come and try this coffee. Finally decided to come in and the atmosphere was bad. The service was not good! The staff had a terrible attitude and the food was cold! The blt was lukewarm, the chocolate abuelita taste like only milk. I had to go and ask about my pastry two times and the lady was rude “ok ok ahorita” and nothing. My friend got a grilled cheese and the cheese was still in block form not melted at all. Will not be returning here ever again. The play structure inside for kids was filthy, never has had a wipe down since being put in. It’s missing lots of foam (protection one). Was not impressed...

We came on a Sunday evening order from ice latte and a chocolate de abuelita. I also order a grilled cheese sandwich. Let me tell you this was no Grill sandwich more like a cold brick sandwich the cheese was barely melted .
