Update: We came here just the 2 of us last time, when my daughter came home from NY, we decided to take the kids here for them to try since this restaurant seems to cater to younger customers. We actually came here twice since my daughter and son seemed to like it. Anyhow, the restaurant doesn't have any blinds to block the afternoon sun glaring in our faces, which is bad for early dinner. My daughter tried as many dishes as she could and all the drinks they've had with the menu. Both of my kids liked them very much. The foods are excellent and the portions are quite plenty. My daughter liked the soft shell crab with ramen of some kind. My mother in-law couldn't finish her plate, she didn't seem to appreciate the new gen food much. The service is always attentive and pleasant, unlike other VN restaurant. The prices are reasonable the food are different, the important thing is my children like them. There's a dessert that's so rich that my daughter couldn't finish and she finishes everything. I'm glad that the kids like this place, we can take them here whenever we're all together.
After a long day at work, I and my wife decided not to cook and tried some new restaurants in the area and we found this one on Yelp. The name is kind of cute. It's a VN fusion restaurant, and it seems to cater to younger crowds. Most of these Fusion restaurants, there isn't a huge menu, 2 pages max for food and 2 pages for mostly boba drinks of all types. This one is no different.
The parking lot is quite small, it was a weekday and we came early before 6PM so we found a parking spot, but if on the weekend or later when people start dropping in, parking might be a problem. It's right in a corner of a 2 major streets, so coming in or out may be a little slow.
The restaurant is quite clean and modern. The young lady server was quite pleasant, humorous, upbeat and extremely attentive, it's a great sign. We had fun asking all the questions about the menu and the foods.
I ordered fried rice with steak and my wife ordered the soy garlic chicken sweet rice. Sweet rice is also call sticky rice, they tend to stick together, actually very delicious.
We ordered an appetizer, Takoyaky, Japanese style squid in potato balls deep fried, quite crunchy, tasty and rich. We both liked it.
My grilled steak fried rice plate has salad with very zesty dressing which I like very much. The fried rice is actually like rice in tomato paste which is very tasty. The steak is actually excellent, cooked just right, pink inside and extremely tender, with its special sauce, very delicious. I actually felt full after finishing the plate. To me that's not skimpy with portions. After dinner I got to try the Sweet Pandan "chè lá dứa" which I haven't had for years due to old age, LOL. It was very good and sweet. I needed more ice to water it down. My wife soy garlic chicken plate that came with a little can of pate which is quite different. The chicken is quite crispy, the sauce is very good, and plenty of meat which she took home with my son to go Chicken fried rice. We both shared the sweet drink and we had a great dinner at this restaurant.
The prices here are quite reasonable, everything is under $20.
We will come back here and take our kids when they're all here in the Bay. My son did...
Read moreI've been here a couple of times, and rolled out stuffed and satisfied. My first visit was when they were fairly new, they've only gotten better since then. I not a fan of the location, the parking lot is tiny and gets packed during peak hours. The small plaza that hosts D-D Delight also doesn't have the best layout, or perhaps its just the drivers in the surrounding area. Good Luck with parking!
The food is most definitely Asian Fusion, there is no other way to describe it. Very creative, hearty dishes form all sorts of Asian cultures. Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Taiwanese...a little fusion form from so many cultures, and can't forget about the generous portions. The flavors pop and the dishes just work. The staff were friendly, eager and helpful.
#AsianFusion: ~ SNACKS: BO KHO POUTINE - 4.5/5 I never thought bout a fusion Poutine! This works in sooo many ways! A variety of different flavors, I do wish they added more meat, I feel like they skimped a bit on the meat.
~ HOUSE NOODLE: SHAKEN BEEF DRY-RAMEN - 4.5/5 While I've had better Shake Beef before, the combination of Dry Ramen and the everything else here just works so well! Stir up everything and enjoy! I thoroughly enjoyed the Chewy consistency of the noodles.
CRISPY CHICKEN DRY-RAMEN - 4.5/5 They nailed this one as well. Same thing as the Beef Dry Ramen, just with some perfectly cooked chicken. Stir it all up and enjoy!
BRISKET/FINGER RIBS BIRRIA PHO - 5/5 This is very popular on social media. Locally trending as one of those eye popping dishes. Glad it lives up to the hype. The meat falls off the bone, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor of the Pho. Generous portions as well.
BRISKET/FINGER RIBS BIRRIA RAMEN - 4.5/5 Very similar to the the Birria Pho, just a close second...IMHO

Food resembles comfort food, flavors are subtle but satisfying! Portion size is just right; no more, no less. A bit on the pricier side compared to other Viet spots but you should support small-owned businesses! Service is great and atmosphere is nice and chill.
Longer review:
Pandan coffee was perfection; from taste to texture to size… the coffee was frothy, creamy with the right amount of sweetness and def taste the espresso! I’m a huge coffee gal. 😋
Sticky rice + lechon: had spoonful of pate, pork floss, egg, and some pickled onion, scallions and a cilantro leaf. I liked all of those ingredients but never tried it together so I ordered it and… it was good!! It was giving comfort food vibes like homemade from mom & aunties in the most nostalgic way 💗
Steak ramen (dry): the ramen noodles were al dente and the steak was unfortunately super chewy. But the noodles were saucy like a carbonara vibe.
Egg breakfast sando: a nice quick bite. Eat it immediately or it’ll get soggy quick. I unfortunately got it to-go and it wasn’t as pleasant, but overall well seasoned.
The inside is super cute! (Don’t be fooled by the outside… it def doesn’t match the vibe inside lol) the parking is pretty limited also :/ but next to a liquor store so ppl are coming in and out frequently it seems.
The staff ARE SUPER FRIENDLY. Offered to help walk me through the menu 🥹 there’s a digital tablet to browse the menu… which I really appreciate bc it’s tough reading from a board or flipping through a huge booklet… my eyes are also terrible 🤓. It looks to be women owned and ran which I love! 10/10, they seem to really put in a lot of care so I’ll...
