Once I spoke in Vietnamese she was quiet and realized she got caught for harassing me. If I publicly wrote what she did, she would maybe be fired I don’t know because it was on purpose. She wouldn’t even let me swipe my card by myself so I could see the price. She made me give her my card. If I saw the price, I would of told her to correct it and we wouldn’t have a problem and she knew my drink, she just decided to leave a topping out to make me mad when all I wanted was to get my drink and leave. I compromised with her the entire time and when I even asked her to charge me for the topping that SHE forgot, she said she couldn’t so the person I am, I walk back to my car and grab some change and as I walk back in I heard her and the other lady in Vietnamese saying “I’m drama” and that was literally the last straw for me. That was extremely disrespectful and totally uncalled for. If you talk behind all your customers back like that to people who don’t know Vietnamese, you shouldn’t even be in business. You guys need to do better. Also the boba should of been free because it was her mistake or could of at least charged my card for the topping because it was obvious with the look on her face when I asked that she could of but didn’t. Also please in the future don’t ever judge someone by their physical appearance. That’s extremely rude. Treat everyone...
Read moreI had never heard of chè before coming to Bambu. A friend and I had some time to kill at Cupertino Village and we decided to get something sweet to drink/eat while we waited for some friends.
Since I wasn't familiar with what they had to offer, I asked one of the people working at Bambu to make whatever they liked. His face lit up when I asked him that and he proceeded to enthusiastically make me his "custom" drink. A drink that isn't on the menu. He explained that he used to make this daily when he first started working there.
I ended up with an amazing combination of jellies, slush, coconut juice, fruits and boba. It was a refreshing desert and perfect for the hot weather. I'm definitely...
Read moreAbhorrent customer service! The short teenager-like female cashier is an ill-manned disrespectful BETCHE. Walking in and you can clearly see on her face she is judging your appearance and whether you deserve the minimal amount of her courtesy. What kind of cashier, instead of a quick "Hi, how can I help you?", stares blankly at the monitor waiting, shows no acknowledgment of customer's inputs, and wears an impatiently annoyed face the whole time customer's order? Honey, you are neither mute nor deff, you're simply just an unmanned disrespectful BETCH. Please support the Bambu location on 89 S Park Victoria Dr, Milpitas instead; at least, you will be treated like a...
