This was a random pick by the hubbie, and he did a great job! We live close by to the Cottle location, but never thought to try it until now. We actually enjoyed it so much we had it 2 days in a row, but it was at a different location.

This location is very spacious. There are a good amount of seating in the back where you can see the buns being made in-house. You can choose to order with the staff or if they’re tied up there is an ordering kiosk. As a first time customer, I preferred the kiosk because it shows all the options for customizations, whereas the menu just tells you items as is.

We ordered the breakfast burger and the chic burger both with spicy mayo, spicy ketchup, and without arugula. The hubbie ordered a cold brew and I had the pineapple cucumber green tea with 70% sweet and light ice.

Mentioned earlier that the buns are made in-house, they are SO spectacular!! I still dream about the bread even now (lol!). Super soft and lightly toasted, complimented the proteins and sauces very well. The breakfast burger had well rounded flavors, it did not taste lacking. The flavors weren’t impactful like a punch in your face, but a nice blend of flavors, which I appreciated. You can always ask for extra sauce or on the side on top of what is already in the burger for more flavors. This burger was 5 stars for us.

The chicken is cooked similar to Taiwanese style popcorn chicken, and I’m not mad about it. The patty was huge and stuck out from beneath the buns, so they’re not stingy with the protein. The seasoning, however, was uneven so parts of the chicken were bland and parts were flavored. The chicken was juicy.

The cold brew the hubbie said was average. Something he’d order if he was there for convenience, but wouldn’t go out of his way to go there just for the coffee. The pineapple cucumber green tea is refreshing, but it was also average.

Bottom line: 4.7 stars. The buns are bomb! Good portions. Very appetizing, and we’ll for sure be back!

Sandwiches - Ultimate Sando (cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack cheese) and Side Chic

Coffee - Egghead Café Latte (hazelnut, cold) and Egghead Café Latte (caramel, cold, espresso)

Visited on a Saturday for brunch. As you enter, you can order yourself at the kiosk if no cashier is present/available. Being my first time visiting, I opted for kiosk to review the menu and take my time in placing an order.

The place was about 1/4 filled, and we had no problem finding seating. Seating is open seating and all indoor, no outdoor options.

Two things that really stood out quickly: 1. It was too cold inside for the temperature outside. Tables were not cleaned/wiped down.

We were provided a number on the receipt, and I did receive a text message when the food was ready, but the staff brought the order to us.

The prices are a bit high, in my opinion, but they were super filling.

The Ultimate Sando was tasty, and my only comment is that I wished it had more chive and onion flavor. The house sauce overpowered those flavors.

The Side Chick was delicious, and all items went well together.

Both coffees were really good. They are made with the house pour-over coffee, SO, if you need a little more kick of caffeine, add espresso. Made such a GOOD difference.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed the coffee more than the sandwich, but I would like to try some of their...

I ordered from them a couple times on doordash this was the first time I sat down in the restaurant the food is good although the scrambled eggs are very runny you have to specify that you want them fully cooked(something I didn't know at the time) I recommend the breakfast burger with a fried egg. I didn't feel however it was kind of expensive for a burger with some egg on top of it. I paid about $25 for a sandwich and tater tots no drink or coffee.

I feel like you could get the same experience at several chain diners for less.

The service was really good the restaurant was empty at the time I went but wasn't able to hear my number being called because I sat towards the back of the restaurant but the server brought it to me which was nice.

The atmosphere is nice modern bright aesthetic but I did notice that several of the tables were dirty and I had to choose a table that was cleaner but still wasn't clean.

I was at the restaurant around 10:00 a.m. so I could have came shortly after the morning rush, and there was a constant stream of doordash orders coming in that I could hear from behind the cashier so potentially they were just busy and hadn't got to them yet. However the music was very loud it wasn't obnoxious by any means but it could be lowered a few...

We got the B.E.C. (Bacon, egg, and cheese) Sandwich, Hawaiian Morning Sandwich, and the Strawberry Hojicha Latte. Sandwiches: We asked to have the sandwiches split in half so my boyfriend and I can try each. Both the sandwiches were really good. They also gave Tapatio sauce and ketchup, which also enhanced the sandwiches. If you are a bacon lover, the B.E.C sandwich is what I would go for. It has a nice chewy texture and the mayo aioli really elevates the sandwich. The Hawaiian Morning has arugula which helps to balance the taste of the sandwich with spam inside. It made it taste more refreshing. I honestly like both sandwiches a lot. Next time, I will try their other sandwiches! Drink: The Strawberry Hojicha Latte was perfect for me since it’s not too sweet like other spots. If you want to add boba, you can but I didn’t since the drink already has strawberry bits in it.
