Oros Thai Restaurant offers tasty food and a pleasant dining experience, but there’s a significant mismatch between pricing and value. Bonus Tip: If you check in on Yelp, you’ll get a free Thai Iced Tea, which was a nice touch. It tasted great and was a refreshing way to complement the meal. Pad Thai: The Pad Thai was flavorful and well-prepared, delivering a satisfying balance of sweet, tangy, and savory notes. It’s definitely a dish I’d recommend. Pricing and Value: While the food is good, the pricing feels excessive given the portion sizes. It’s unclear how the restaurant justifies such high prices, as neither the food quality, service, nor ambience fully align with the cost. A slight adjustment in portions or pricing would make a big difference. Service: The service was commendable. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Ambience: The ambience is modern and inviting, offering a comfortable space to enjoy a meal.

I probably am one of the most picky ppl w/thai food. I've ordered from here a number of times recently and have been happy w/the portions and quality. Parking: they're doing some construction right now but still plenty of spots, just don't drive through like an a hole it's not a wide passing. Staff: really friendly , all the staff/owners are friends/family Food: Pad Khee Mao : my go to, medium spice, pretty sure I could go more spicy. Good ratio of noodles to veggies/meat and the noodles are al dente!! Pad Thai: I eat here a lot w/my friend, and this is her go to, mild is super mild just so you know! Papaya salad w/grilled shrimp: recommend you mix your papaya salad to get some of the sauce flavors on your shrimp, b/c they grill it and just top it on it Green Curry: NOT watered down, thick, coconutty goodness. mmm thick. ok now i'm hungry and it's 958am, no more writing :)

Use to live around the area but never been in so when I search of a Thai restaurant to eat this one popped up with a decent amount of reviews. The service was awesome, servers were very attentive and quick. The ambiance was like any other Thai restaurant, the low lighting, the carpet floors, and Thai music in the background. The bonus is you actually can see into the kitchen and see the chefs cooking up the food which to me was entertaining. Now comes the food, the papaya was too sour, way too much citrus. The bbq chicken was okay not something I would get again. The pad thai was a little on the sweeter side. The tom yum was good and hit the spot. Over all I would come back but I wouldn’t be trying the same items. The table next to me ordered the basil fried rice and you can’t go wrong with fried rice.

If I can give them a zero star, I would! I’ve been ordering food from them for several times now and I know that they can seem to give an attitude but I’ve always ignored it, thinking it can be ‘normal’ to them and doesn’t really mean it. Well, this time I called to order and after a woman accepted my call, I can’t hear her in the background. There was a crackling sound so I was thinking we have a bad connection. Then I heard a woman and a man talking in the background about an order so I assumed I was put on hold to tend to other customers, so I waited. There was more crackling sound so I was worried that what if she was trying to talk to me again and we might not understand each other, and I’m not even sure if she was talking to me or still tending to the customer! So I said ‘hello?’ couple of times just to make sure. When I didn’t hear a clear response, I assumed she was not ready to talk to me yet so I waited. ANd when she finally talked to me I can hear her rude tone of voice and being sarcastic! I was still trying to be nice and ignore it thinking I can just be misinterpreting her. But the ways she was still talking to me was rude and sarcastic! The last one did it for me though. She said I can pick it up after 25 minutes. I asked her if that is the soonest (rotti and chicken curry), still trying to be calm. And she said ‘what do you mean? It’s 25 minutes’. I said it’s 25 minutes. You’re not the only customer we have , MA’AM! We’re busy and we have a lot of customers not just you! ’. Like WTF? I mean I was just asking! Only because the previous times I’ve ordered we had it sooner, but if it’s 25 minutes, then 25 mins it is! Not a big deal at all. I mean, probably even if she said that without the rude tone, I’d still ignore it. But she can’t give herself any excuse to be rude and be sarcastic just because they’re busy! I was just shocked. It was my first ever bad customer service, the rudest. So I said , ‘I’ll just cancel..you’re so rude! I won’t order anymore’. And she said, ‘okay bye!’ This place is just ban...

Go-To Spot for Chicken Pad Thai – Consistently Great Food & Fast Service

Oros Thai has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving chicken pad Thai. It’s one of those places where you know exactly what you’re going to get—delicious, flavorful food, fast and fresh. I usually call in my order while I’m on the way, and by the time I get there, it’s already waiting for me. That kind of speed and consistency is hard to beat, especially when you’re hungry and on a schedule.

The chicken pad Thai is hands-down my favorite—perfectly cooked noodles, tender chicken, and that sweet-savory flavor that just hits the spot every time. I’ve tried both the lunch and dinner portions; the lunch menu is perfect for a quick midday meal, but if you’ve got a bigger appetite or want leftovers, the dinner portion is the way to go.

I’ve only sat down to eat here once with a friend, and I really enjoyed the experience. The lunch menu was solid and the food came out quickly. The place can get busy sometimes, especially during peak hours, but honestly, that’s a good sign—it means the food speaks for itself and people keep coming back.

Now, just to be real and fair: the service is generally good, but there was one small thing that rubbed me the wrong way. I once ordered for pickup and when I went to pay, the screen flipped to the tipping options, which felt kind of awkward. I personally believe tipping is for sit-down service—when someone is attending to your table, refilling drinks, bringing food, etc. When I’m just walking in, grabbing a takeout bag, or ordering online for pickup, I don’t really feel like tipping should be expected. It just came off a little grabby. But that’s not a dealbreaker—just something I think more places should be mindful about.

All in all, Oros Thai is a fire spot for Thai food, especially if you’re craving that classic pad Thai. Super reliable, fast service, and food that never disappoints. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area, whether you’re dining in...

Find a different place to get your Thai Food. My wife and I have been coming to this restruant for several years now and have always been very happy with our service and food whether it be dine in or take out. They must be under new owners or management, because tonight we ordered food to go, and on arriving home, we discovered that our order was wrong. We ordered a small white rice, two yellow curry, one vegetarian and one chicken, and a Pad Thai that was supposed to have extra chicken. Everything was fine accept that the Pad Thai had no chicken in it. We paid extra to have the chicken, so I returned to the restaurant to ask for an adjustment on our charge card for the extra chicken charge. After being told to return home, bring out entire order back to show them so they could then remake the order the way it should have been done the first time. I said that it would cost them additional money, as well as my time and gas to go back home to get the food and return. At this point all I am asking for is a credit for around $4.00 on a $42.99 order. The cook comes out of the kitchen and tells me that me made our food, and that he put extra chicken in our order, and that he didn't make a mistake. He was rude and pushy, and didn't seem to care when I said that we purchase food about once a month here, and that we probably wouldn't be coming back. His response was, "that's fine, I don't think I've seen you here...
