The things I do for good food, including driving down to the deep depths of SJ. But you could say that the food was too en-thai-sing to pass up! (I really can't pass up a good pun)

I looovee thai food and my quest for finding great thai food never stops. I was referred by a couple of my friends to try this place and it did not disappoint!

Parking: Easy, it's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

Restaurant/Decor: Very traditional feel with a lot of ornate pieces and designs. It was also pretty big in size with plenty of seating and great for large parties!

Service: Quick and attentive. I always take note how often my water gets filled because I'm not the most patient person so I'm very appreciative when the servers fill water without me asking :)

Food: I ordered a lottt but some of the highlights were the sizzling duck, yellow curry, papaya salad, and angel wings! All the dishes had great flavor and were cooked perfectly. The duck was crisp and fatty, the yellow curry was rich with a hint of sweetness, the papaya salad was refreshing and spicy, and the angel wings were crunchy and savory.

I also tried the banana fritters. The fritters were warm and melted in your mouth and is paired perfectly with pineapple ice cream!

Overall I really enjoyed the food and would come back again! Definitely check out if you're in the area and enjoy some...

OK! BEWARE!!!!!! Friday June 21st was the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. I ordered a Togo order for basil Thai rice. Went inside and picked it up and was so hungry and decided to eat in my car. I took around 7 bites and found a hair. Walked back into the restaurant and didn't want to make a scene so I told the waitress that I found a hair in my food. She was nice took it back to the cooks and they went crazy started yelling and saying I'm wrong and talking in their language. I told her I was grossed out and would like a refund. They cooks that were yelling and making a scene told the waitress that I couldn't get a refund that I had to get a new order. I was so shocked and left. Who would want a new order of food when the cooks get mad and are yelling at you? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's sad to see restaurants able to do this to people. I just hope I can help someone out there to make a smarter decision when thinking about this restaurant. Thank you all for taking the time to...

We live about a mile from this restaurant and have tried them many times. Each visit has been worse than the previous one with the latest visit for a carry out being so bad, that we will probably never go back. The quality of their food is so outrageously bad that it’s hard to articulate. Chicken is overcooked to a point that it has no moisture left and is akin to a cardboard. It’s also cooked in water first and just thrown into dishes so doesn’t matter the entree, chicken tastes just about the same - overcooked and bland. The guy who runs the restaurant, likely the owner, has no interest in treating customers properly. One time we went there in the peak of winter chill and he had one heater fan turned on and pointed towards one party that was already there. When we asked if he can turn the heat on he asked to us work with what he had. We politely took the order to go and left. Leaving this review after giving this place multiple chances and realizing it’s not a coincidence or bad luck....

It’s my second time at this restaurant. Came here for dinner on Friday night. This restaurant is not in a big shopping plaza so parking space wasn’t a problem. We were the first ones so we got the attention of the owner. It’s almost like we booked the restaurant for ourselves. We ordered papaya salad. My wife asked how spicy is medium on a scale from 1 to 10. The owner said 4 to 5 but it was more like 6 to 7 but not a big issue for us. We ate all the classic things like roti, chicken satay, papaya salad with shrimp and everything was good. The egg rolls were crunchy but no meat inside. We ordered a lot of food so the left over will be for our next meal. I like this place, not crowded, easy access and good food.

I used to go years ago and was very impressed by their food and restaurant as a whole. This was when they had less Thai restaurants in the area. Service was great. The interior is a bit dated if that's important to anyone. Everything we ordered was just ok this time around. Vegetables were fresh but everything I ordered was too salty for my taste. Maybe next time specify less salty? All in all they are still a good place for Thai food. Maybe a little specific on the sodium level and probably take out is a good option. Lots of competition though.

Cockroach in my Pad Thai! Half way through our meal I discovered a Cockroach in my food and my wife had something strange in hers that was not on the ingredients list. We politely and quietly alerted the server who brought out the owner who politely apologize. But instead of offering us a free meal, they tried to give us more food! We obviously had no more appetite after that. They eventually agreed to not charge us for the 2 orders of Pad Thai but no one else finished there meals and we still had to pay for half finished food and drinks.
