Expensive and not worth the price. I don’t mind paying more if they didn’t skimp on the toppings and their pizzas were larger. They nickel and dime you here for average tasting pizza and a cashier who didn’t seem polite and who certainly didn’t bother disclosing all the fees she added.
Their pizza is okay but not good enough to justify their high price. Their large pizza looks like a medium-size pizza we would buy elsewhere. There were barely any toppings, cheese or red sauce on our pizza. The bread crust or the taste of the bread crust was basic and nothing special. We ordered the thin crust pepperoni-mushroom pizza that also included black olives. We only added one additional topping. We were surprised that they had “hidden fees” that did not match the prices on their website! As a business, I’m surprised they don’t have time to update the prices on their website. Their website did not mention all the additional fees. They also don’t tell you at the register all the fees. They have no menu on the wall with the prices and they don’t tell you about all their fees. We ended up paying $10 more than we expected. I ordered the pizza to-go at the restaurant. Since the price was higher than their website, I looked at their menu for customers eating at the restaurant after I paid. I learned that there was a $3 additional fee for a thin crust pizza. I’ve never seen any restaurant or pizza place charge more for a thin crust so I paid more money for buying less bread? That’s weird considering the fact that other local pizza places don’t charge an additional fee for thin crust. Another hidden fee that I noticed on the receipt was a $1.27 for a “Check Out Fee?” What is that? Was that a fee for ordering the pizza to-go? That’s ridiculous! I could not find the fee for adding extra toppings and we only added one extra topping; we chose the large size “thin crust” pepperoni mushroom pizza that also included olives. If we had not ordered the thin in this large pizza, it would been $31.99. With all the extra hidden fees that were not disclosed by the cashier, we paid $10 more than we expected so we paid over $40 for a large thin crust pizza with barely any toppings that tasted okay but not excellent. There was no price break down on the receipt and the cashier did not disclose the additional fees. On the receipt, the only break down was that $1.25 fee called “Check Out Fee,” which we suppose is for ordering the pizza to-go. I don’t understand the good reviews. The cashier wasn’t very friendly so I doubt the service would be good if we had...
Read moreIt's an amazing local pizzaria, pies are great, customer service is excellent and vibrant inside seating while also having a quiet outdoor seating. Dog friendly too! They have a water bowl for that furry baby! (May need to be rinsed out first though!)
The pie selections has a great variety. If you are looking to try something new and interesting and tasty at the same time I recommend: the Korean BBQ or the Cuban. If that doesn't look to be your fancy, you cant go wrong with the Legend pizza. Now if you want value I highly recommend the bread sticks, it's almost like getting a whole pie but at a fraction of the cost.
This place is also deserving of a 5 star service too! One time I ordered a thin crust pizza via mobile, but once I returned home I noticed it was thick. I called the restaurant and let them know. The girls at the counter realized their mistake and they allowed me to try that thin crust pizza on my next visit.
With great pies, versatile location, and stellar customer service, I believe I shall be coming back...
Read moreAnnoying semi Chicagoan here 🤓. The pizza is lowkey better than the pizza in Chicago (family is from Chicago) and New York (was a travel RN in NYC). That’s it. That’s the post. I’ve eaten food from here about three times and every time my mind has been blown. The last time I ordered pizza and wings from here all the way from San Jose to Los Gatos (could’ve been the Cupertino location 🧐 but either way was it expensive? Hell yeah? but was it worth it ? without a doubt. ) Yesterday was my first time eating in house. Atmosphere was clean, staff was nice. Everything’s fresh, yeasty dough , generous toppings. If you rated this place anything less than five stars you’re a hater. Shoutout to the pretty and nice waitress/cashier, who recommended the garlic chicken pizza with mushrooms ! 🔥 asf. will be my go to. Also, if you’re not ordering your za with extra sauce and extra cheese are you even...
