Thieves and crooks.

After being a loyal customer for years and before the new owners and newer management, the current staff, except for Amy, are thieves and crooks and I have witnesses. They always overcharge me but when I ask for the receipt, they change the amount. They charge me $1 for soiled faucet water.

I have the heart to call the police on them for stealing and cheating their customers. And the health department for servicing soiled water.

It is so bad that I will never step foot in this place again. This place has been my break away from life. I love the outdoor seating and I love watching people go by. I made friends, good friends there. I take my whole family, my kids, my grandkids there. No more. I told them today that they are thieves and crooks. so they offered me extra cream cheese. That is not the point Stephanie. The point is that your have been cheating me and stealing my money ever since you guys took over.

If the police or the health department sees this review, don't blame me. Blame yourself.

Where has all the love gone to and what have we become?

Who charges extra if they want the croissant toasted and extra if you want butter?

With a friend, we ordered 2 coffees and a bagel. The charge was $27. I went back and questioned it. Tommy says "oh, it should be $18. This is very normal. you are lucky I still remember" as if he is doing me a favor.

another charge of $10 for coffee and donut. When I asked for the receipt, "oh, it is $5.50"... $6.50 for a single glazed donut? Come on!

Always ask for a receipt. They cheat you...

I have enjoyed getting coffee here for years and it’s a great little coffee house but today they lost a long-time customer. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and I asked for it with no ice because I didn’t plan on drinking it until much later in the day. I didn’t want it watered down. I received the coffee and it was half full so I asked the owner why is it only half full? He said because you ordered it with no ice. Never in my life have I ordered a drink with no ice and received the drink half full?!? Maybe I’m being critical but when I go to Starbucks and order a drink with no ice, it still comes full, if I order a drink with no foam, they don’t fill it only to where the foam should be, they fill the cup! If you go to a fast food place and ask for a soda no ice, do they only fill it half way? Maybe this is normal but doesn’t seem logical to me. I asked the owner how much more for you to fill the cup, he shrugs his shoulders and says maybe $4.50?! Did he just pull that number from his …? Mind you, I’m already paying $6.50 for a 16 ounce Vietnamese coffee so you want me to pay $11 to get a full cup?! With his logic then he should give me a discount because the ice has to cost something too right (since we seem to be nickel and diming). As a business owner is it really worth losing a long time customer because you couldn’t fill a cup?...

I gave this coffee place another chance because it’s in my neighborhood and I like to support our local small businesses. The coffee is ok, not bad. The sandwiches and bagels not bad. What’s bad is the male owner. He may be prejudice or just down right rude. I’m not sure. I would like to support. I would like to recommend this coffee shop but I wouldn’t want him to give the same horrible customer service to my family and friends. Way too embarrassing. He grabs our $ or credit cards right out of our hands. He never says thank you. He NEVER SMILES! My grandkids and I all order drinks, smoothies and a coffee mocha. It was around 11:00am. My grandson had brought his Subway sandwich in Evergreen coffee place and asked me if he could sit and eat his sandwich. The place had 2 -3 other guests sitting inside at the time and no one outside. The extremely rude owner...says to my 11 year old grandchild NO YOU CAN’T EAT THE SANDWICH IN HERE!! He literally kinda startled us. But because my grandson respects his elders he didn’t say a thing. I however did, I told him calmly, this is why I stopped coming here. He looked at me with a rude dead stare. We got our drinks and left. It will take a lot to go back again. There are far too many other places you can stop and eat and have a nice drink, with happy friendly people. Happy...

Excellent family owned business! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and inviting! Can't forget to mention the alluring aroma of brewed coffee. Party of 6 arrived around 11:30am, and the line was quick with an even amount of diners entering and leaving the business. The staff are kind, caring, and considerate of our large order when some of us could not decide what to drink and when we asked for substitutions. The popular order of the day was the #5 or Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant. I decided to order was their Breakfast Delight, a croissant with scrambled eggs, green onions, and cheese with a Sunrise smoothie. Very pleased with the large portions of food. The toasted bread was soft; eggs were seasoned and cheese was melted to perfection. The Sunrise smoothie was super sweet and refreshing! Would come here again for sure!

I wish this place was open for longer hours🥲 I went on a Saturday afternoon and waited 2 minutes in line and 2 minutes for my pastries and drinks. Super fast and everything was yummy! I got: - banana bread (not too sweet and huge piece) -taro coconut smoothie (delicious and balanced flavor between both ingredients) -blueberry coffee cake (sweet and MUST try!!)
