If I could give this location 0 stars, then I would. My family and I came to this establishment as a party of 6 on August 24 at around 11:30 AM.
First, there is a sign posted on the door that said no strollers allowed, so we decided to sit outside. The employee was very meticulous about where we placed the stroller, which seemed very odd... If someone with disabilities were to come in with a wheelchair or a cane, would you force them to leave it outside or force them to eat outside??? Second, my mother received a cup of coffee that had a red lipstick stain on the mug. The waiter kindly replaced it with no problem. Lastly, we all received our food. As we were all over halfway through our meal, my cousin noticed a LONG HAIR EMBEDDED in her food. She was offered a replacement, which we originally accepted. We then asked for her meal to be comped. The manager had her employee tell us, "We can only offer you a 50% discount for her meal, and discounts are already against our policy." My brother went inside to talk to the manager in person, only for him to receive a nasty attitude from the manager who refused to accommodate her mistakes. Not once in my life have I ever experienced the worst customer service ever.
To the female manager who was working the bar on August 24, 2024 at 11AM: Check your attitude. Check how you speak and treat your customers. It seems as if your higher-ups need to re-consider your position given your awful customer service skills.
Unless you want problems with dirty dishes, hair embedded in your food, and nasty attitude from the manager, please take your...
Read moreIf you are A KID/TEENAGER PLANNING TO VISIT HERE I recommend you DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. They treated me and my friends poorly and I personally think it is because we are kids. My friend accidentally spilled her water on the table and the waiter made eye contact with me but did nothing and decided to go and help another table out. I asked someone else who works at that village grill and he just pointed to the waiter indicating for me to talk to her, not him. I had to wait for the waiter to finish getting another table’s order and she then proceeded to seat us at another table. They never refilled my friends spilled drink and we had to ask them to refill our cups with water. My second experience was also NOT at all pleasant. My friends and I were waiting for someone to seat us and they ended up seating a family that came after us first. This family also had more people in their group than my friends and I. We got also our food after the family and I had to personally ask our waiter, when they were busy helping another table, for our food instead of our waiter serving it to us in an orderly fashioned time. We waited for over 30 minutes just to get our food. By the time they served us our food, the family that got seated before us was finished with their meals. I have learned my lesson to never go back there because why would I want to support a restaurant that has poor service. I hope people get this message to not support this restaurant because they are clearly not treating all of their...
Read moreI’ve been here a few times the past three years, for breakfast. Fortunately I’ve never had any of the problems reported by other reviewers. The wait staff has been courteous, speedy, and the food has been delicious. My go to is the Belgian waffle combo. The waffle has been consistently cooked to yellow golden perfection, not overcooked. The eggs have been made exactly as I have asked, over-easy done right. The restaurant is indeed loud...so not the best place if you are trying to eat in a peaceful serene surrounding. This is a family restaurant so it’s par for the course. The location is convenient with ample parking around the corner. Outside seating if you prefer. They’re also dog friendly, at least what I have seen - there is a water bowl left outside at times which makes me believe they are sympathetic to our furry friends. Happy that we have this restaurant in our...
