The Hello Kitty Cafe was an awesome experience!! I had read the reviews here and on Yelp and was prepared to underwhelmed when my daughter and I had our traditional annual tea to celebrate her birthday in the Bow Row instead of the usual local tea treasures. My daughter wanted to try something new this year, has been a huge Hello Kitty fan her whole life, and got us reservations about 6 weeks ago. First we stood very briefly in line at our reservation time by the the donut machine which wasn't working that day I am sad to say as I would have loved to have seen it in action. We're were greeted by the most friendly gal that led us into the enchanted Bow Room. It is very cute, very pink, kinda small but I did not feel overly crowded as some have claimed, and we were given our choice between a couple of tables for two. Even after it filled up, including several children, it wasn't even that loud in the room considering the size.

She then said our server would be with us in just a moment and believe me he was and thoroughly explained the menu to us telling us that we got all the food listed and a beverage of our choice, either one of the many hot teas or iced teas, sodas or lemonade I believe, but we were there for tea. I had trouble deciding and had narrowed my choice to 3 and he kindly described them to me to aid my decision and told the more popular ones, etc, very way patient.

The food was very surprisingly good again after reading the reviews I was so impressed. The croissant was very flakey and fresh and that sandwich was so delicious. I really enjoyed all of the savory dishes. My daughter was not as found of the beet one but I liked it. Her favorite was the cucumber. There could maybe have been one or two more savory compared as to all the sweets. But I don't know, I was very full after eating all my savory nibbles and my strawberries and "cream" our server called it but it was the most delicious chocolate mousse, I had to take all my sweet nibbles to go. My favorite one of those was the macaroon with the apple one came in a close second. My daughter took most of hers to go too wishing she'd have not eaten the ones she had as she felt too full. So it is definitely enough food, very good, fresh tasting, and cutely presented. Plus, in comparison to the other local tea treasures similarly priced if not a little less.

There were a lot of servers I noticed, at least three if not four which meant almost a dedicated server per table. Plus, the gal that seated us I noticed helped bring out food, beverages, refilled water, and brought us our to go boxes. So in saying this I can't help but say service was fantastic. Allan, I believe was our server's name please forgive me if wrong, came to check on us often, asking if we needed anything, brought more of the cute sugar Hello Kitty cubes, and kept my water glass filled (I drink a lot and even without ice it was cold enough for me). He was even able to his wizardly magic on our bill so the reservation deposit was no longer charged to my daughter but so I could pay the entire bill as it was her birthday! I am not offended that automatically add the tip and glad that they do take care of themselves as I have found some people to not be very caring about tipping. In fact I did not think their added amount was enough because of the exceptional service we received that I added more. Hopefully, this will be everyone's experience as we had such a...

Have been waiting 3 days now for a call back from someone , anyone for that matter with no success . I’ve left 3 messages even tried calling a different location to speak to someone to which I was told by the “host” that they have no management or supervisor in the whole building . My night time experience in the now room was a terrible experience . Server was extremely rude from the moment we walked in (no clue what we did to him) , We sat for almost 10 min with no menus or waters , to which another table got sat directly next to us and got helped within 2 min. Once we finally did get a menu it had chocolate finger marks all over it , we finally get to order our desert (which the table next to us ordered the same exact thing) , and everyone around us (who came after us) was getting their items to which we still haven’t received beverages … We got our desert finally (as the table next to us who got there after us and ordered after us got desert was before us) And still had no drinks … No one checked on us and was STILL HAD NO DRINKS.. the other worker finally asked if we were missing something , we responded with “yes our drinks” .. they came out with our drinks finally as we are almost done , and the table next to us who also got a latte got offered a cocoa powder hello kitty bow on top of their latte and we didn’t get offered that even though our drinks came so late .. the latte was luke warm when it should be served hot and steamy (which the tables drink next us came out hot and steamy ) .. we ended up ordering a mini cake as all the tables around us were ordering them and they looked good , once we finally got the servers attention after being ignored the whole time and asked to order 2 mini cakes for us , he brought it out to us in to go boxes while everyone else got their cakes plated .. and before we can even finish our drinks that we got late , he randomly came up to us and just said “I’ll just bring you the check..” which we did not ask for as we were still eating .. I felt disrespected at the service I received which is unfortunate considering how excited me and my friend were for this experience . More upset that the whole thing was 55$ , and auto gratuity was added , even though my experience was disrespectful and rude . And I have been trying to call to speak to some e for 3 days already with...

Honest review, it’s not bad. I’ve been to the Vegas cafe experiences. I will say the pastries are nothing gourmet. But you’re paying for the aesthetic and experience. My Bow Room reservation isn’t until next week. So this is just my experience with the counter. I got inline around 6:42 and got out of line exactly at 8:42. So I would say on any different day don’t get in line past 6-6:30 right now. I know they were saying they cut off the line eventually further behind me. But I’m not sure what happens as 9pm hits if you aren’t towards the front. Only complaints I have is they really should have a sign up saying they aren’t doing donuts since they opened with a broken machine. They have it on their menu and a big cute light up neon sign saying hot donuts basically. They should also have signs listing as they run out of things on the menu in my opinion. Vegas does it so you don’t waste your time. Thankful I still have other items I wanted. But for example I waited two hours and found out I got the last apple pie, I think they were also out of the strawberry tart, and chocolate cake by the time I got to the front. So if you weren’t a huge sugary dessert fan options were limited. My husband is an Apple pie fan so I was relieved I had something to walk away with for him. I’m a cake fan, so I had options. I think my favorite thing I bought was the pocket pie. From soft and a nice filling. I don’t like coffee but I enjoyed the s’mores chocolate milk drink. I wish they had merch themed for our area like Vegas has exclusive hello kitty cafe Vegas shirts. The merch just felt like basics I could easily get online. Prices were as you’d expect, I agree with another review I’d expect to pay 20-40 if you’re getting dessert and drinks. If you just get drinks you could probably get away with spending less. But I’ll say the desserts aren’t terrible. Tasty enough I’m happy with my purchases. Workers were also very kind, I know they are working hard and dealing with a lot. So remember no matter your wait time be nice to them. They are very kind and patient so be patient back.

I’ll update my review when I go to my evening dessert reservation...

So, today I visited the hello kitty café for the first time. My experience was overall mediocre. Of course there was a long line as expected. The wait wasn’t long which I liked. I ordered Smore drinks, sugar cookie and the strawberry cake and the prices were steap. When I was waiting for my treats and drinks the waiting area was small and crowded so the space of the cafe was small, I wished there was chairs or seats at least. When i got my treats a few minutes later I went to a nearby table to eat and noticed they gave me the wrong cake, A chocolate cake so I went back to get my cake and told a man I believed was the manager and he gave me the right cake and let me keep the other cake and apologized. The tasting of the food was mediocre and I think people go for the aesthetic and atmosphere but I didn’t like anything I bought nor my mother it lacked in flavor and was bitter and the strawberry didn’t taste fresh or looked fresh. The hello kitty bags, and decorations were cute so I enjoyed that. The treats 5/10, the cafe itself was 7/10, and customer service I rate at a 7/10. Im a hello kitty fan but don’t see myself being a regular unfortunately.
