Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Jose

Been coming her for years. But never had a rude ace food server before. The guy taking orders was nice but the mexican guy serving was rude. Everything was fine and handed our food. The server asked what kind of sauces I wanted, but I since I was getting food for the family I had to double check real quick and make sure I got mayo and hot sauce. Literally a split second and said "aahh hold on." (Unlocking my phone,notes to see sauces) He rudely kept saying "huh, HUh, HUUH!!". I replied "HOLD ON. YEAH CAN YOU GIVE HOT SAUCE AND MAYO!" Oh I made sure that punk kid heard me. I don't think he liked that. He gave me the hot sauce and when I asked if the mayo was in there he said no they dont have any. So told thsts alright I'll come in and get it myself. They kept the door locked and I purposely think the said they didn't have mayo just to get rid of me. I knocked on the door and they ignored me and I called which rhey ignored me as well. I noticed they didn't give me the receipt so I drove back through the drive thru and angrily told them they never gave me receipt. The nice guy taking orders gave it to me. Funny how he knew and didn't do a reprint. Think he was a manager because I did not see the other rude server. They need to fire those young rude kids. He's lucky the door was locked. I would made a big deal about it and talked to a manager especially if they really did have mayo and if he purposely didn't put the receipt in the bag. Don't hire a kid to do an adult job. I usually go there maybe 1 to maybe 2 times a week in the evenings around 845-9p so there is not alot of customers at that time and there is alot of parking including handicap parking. There is a small crew usually working to serve both dine-in/take out customers and drive-thru customers simultaneously. However, the staff there usually stands around or is in the back, not attending to walk in customers immediately. Seems to be last priority for the establishment there at that specificlocation. Majority of the staff are friendly and are considerate to the customers needs and some have the look of boredom and/or the look as if they'd rather be somewhere else rather than serving customers on the job. Very disconcerting 👎🏾

My daughter and I went here to get a meal for my family, so we went inside to order. There was one employee that saw us but didn’t say anything. They took another glance at us but looked the other way again. We waited another three minutes or so but still no help from the employee, so we left with disappointment. This wasn’t the first time too! I once went here to order a meal and the same thing happened again, bad service.

Two years later

There was a young male worker that was very rude and wasn’t polite at all. When I asked to change my order he yelled at me saying no three times.
