I work hard and I play hard but I rarely give myself a chance to sit and relax. So when I come to the nail salon every other week or so, I know that I'll have at least 2 hours to truly relax. Get a massage from my nail and pedicure technicians. I always leave completely relaxed and ready for the week to come.

Today I'm here getting ready to travel to Kenya, Africa. I googled for nail ideas and was able to show Holly a design that I would like based on the Kenyan flag. 🇰🇪

Got the "Gel-X" manicure for the first time and I'm in love with it. Much closer to natural nails in thickness and they should last the whole two weeks I'm gone. 😁

Holly is one of the few technicians there that does Gel-X so I'll be booking my regular appointments with her going forward. When you find a technician this good, you book early to make sure you get who you want. Their website makes it super easy to make your appointment. PRO TIP: if you want more than one service, make sure you use the "add service" option BEFORE you finalize! I often forget and have to make a second appointment for that second service. They will match it up but it's difficult to try and anticipate the timing.

When it's time for a pedicure, enjoy your services in one of their massage chairs with a built-in foot soaking area. They line theirs with plastic for sanitary reasons. You should NEVER go to a nail salon that doesn't because it can lead to nasty infections on your legs. They take all the precautions here to make sure that your manicure and pedicure are sanitary and safe!

I always get the seasonal pedicure. It changes every 3 months to correspond to whatever season we are in. It includes the longest amount of massage time and it's just total indulgence. You deserve it, it's been a long hard week, just do it!

Their menu of services is quite long, so take your time selecting. They do provide manicure and pedicures that are geared towards men. As a woman, I always appreciate a man that takes care of his nails and especially toes! Toenails long enough to resemble a cloven hoof are gross! Please get a pedicure before summer, guys!

They also provide services that are geared towards children so you can share a special day of relaxation with your favorite little one. 💜

PRO TIP: pay cash and you will get a discount on the services. If you don't bring cash, they do have an ATM machine in the store that you can get cash from but that will include a fee. Still you will save money on services.

They do accept credit cards but you MUST have a card in hand. No virtual cards accepted.

I waited a few days to write this review. I love the Coleman location and since this location was closer to my house I wanted to give them a try. I quickly learn not all the locations are the same. I made an appointment for a pedicure and they were late to bring me in. I think reception girl wanted me to get my nails done outside but communicated it poorly. When I finally sat down they didn’t even fill the water up. The lady was getting it from another chair. The place was packed and busy so the girl was trying to rush. I just wanted a basic pedicure for a wedding. She did all the normal stuff for a pedicure and then when it was time to paint my nail she didn’t get it anywhere near my cuticles. I asked her to redo it. She did and then took off to start other person. As I was waiting for my nails to dry I review my other toe nails she missed like a 1/4 of my nails. I asked for a manager. They all played like they didn’t understand so I spoke it Vietnamese. No one came so I asked the girl to remove the nail polish. I got up front and was going to just pay the price of the cleaning nail service. I told them I was really disappointed in this location and that the person that helped me was rushing and did a bad job. The young girl upfront told me “No money. It’s free so leave.” I was shocked. I couldn’t believe it. I will never come back to this location and the kicker is they sent me a reminder to make my next appointment....

I was coming here every three weeks and stopped a few months back because I was getting a gel builder fill with Nancy and she did a really good job at first but after a few times she completely neglected my cuticle care with the dry mani before she would drill it off last few times completely ignored it and what really upset me is that the final time I came in after a three week fill she said next time you come in we will do a new set for you instead of a fill and she was like trying to scam me saying “it’ll take a little longer but that’s ok” . At that point I’ve only went to her like four times . I’ve been getting gel builder forever and never had a nail tech say I need a new set. With gel builder fill they file almost all of it off anyway so the only reason she said that was because she wanted to charge me extra (one time she told me something about how they get commission or something) and two it’s very bad for your nails to completely drill off gel builder and keep redoing it , it thins your real nail and can cause damage. So she was trying to damage my real nail because she wanted to charge me more. And keep in mind my nails are in good condition they were not overly grown out or anything she was just trying...
