Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! from the minute I enter to the store one of ladies look at me like I was a bother or I was interrupting her. I order I cheese pizza, after I paid was standing there like waiting for her to say something, she won't even look at me, I ask is that all? she only moved her head saying yes, she didn't even provided a receipt. starting walking out I turn around and said thank you to my surprise she ignore me and moved on to the next customer. 10 minutes later I get home go to find out that she give me a pepperoni pizza, I was already fustraid but the situation. I drive back to the store, I can see her from a few feets away from me, VERY clear she said "now what she wants" referring to me obviously but looking at her co-worker. she comes to me ask can I help you? I said I asked for a cheese pizza, you gave me peperoni a she look at me like I was the one who made the mistake, she open the box checks' and puts it back into the warmer rack they have behind the counter I after I took it home and brought it back!!!! all this time same face same attitude. Not once apologize! I told her you know what's the worse part of this is your attitude... she laugh at my face!...

Okay lets just get it out. Service and wait times are horrible, BUT the crust [pillowy soft every time and delicious] and quality of the pies [good sauce and cheese quality] at these stupid low prices cannot be ignored. It's amazing. I live one block away from the Tully store and yet I drive to this store for my pizza and return home to eat my pizza.

Let's be honest folks, LC's is never going to pay their people enough to consistently show up for work, yet alone hire enough people to cover the demand. The Tully Store sucks, the Story Road Store is sketchy, yet the crust and toppings here are consistent for classic and std crusts.

This store has low ratings but everyone that knows, comes here for their pizza fix. Hands down consistently best quality low budget pizza in town. Let's be patient and grateful for the kids that show up for work and make our pizza [I doubt they ever get a break yet alone over-time], otherwise prepare to pay gourmet prices somewhere at Domino's if LC's ever go out...

I love the pizza the cheese is the reason why I love it, but Esther I believe is her name she said she's the manager she is so rude rude lady I mean not only to me I've seen her being so rude with other customers I even witnessed her hang up on a customer because she could not understand the customer half of the time I can't even understand what she is saying I do not like her so much that I am even going to be willing to find another Little Caesars even if I have to drive farther I hope that the owner sees this post and really puts this lady in her place or completely gets rid of her she is probably ruining business that's coming in...
