SJ Eggrolls — Restaurant in San Jose

The food was average, but unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t the best. The wait time was much longer than expected, and we had to follow up on our order multiple times. The service was average—not bad, but not great either. It also felt quite overpriced for what you’re getting, the sugarcane juice was 8 dollars and it was almost all ice! What stood out the most was the way the manager interacted with the staff—it came across as a bit harsh, which made the atmosphere less enjoyable. While the food was great, I’m not sure it was worth the wait or the price. There was also limited seating and I was a little suprised how our take out order came with no utensils...

We recently visited SJ Eggrolls, and it exceeded all our expectations! We had traditional eggrolls, spring rolls, and their specialty netted eggrolls, and each bite was absolutely bursting with flavor. The grilled chicken vermicelli bowl was very delicious, perfectly grilled chicken and fresh.

The service was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Even though I live two hours away, this spot will be my go-to whenever I’m in San Jose. It’s a 5 out of 5 stars for me, without a doubt.

The place seems to be family owned and service was great! Please be aware the eggroll wait time can be long, so maybe call ahead of time if you can. They are trying their best to fill orders.

While waiting, I could see employees really paying attention to their store and ensuring things are tidy!

Wifey and I tried their egg cream coffee, sugarcane juice, chicken wings plate (sub in garlic noodle), and eggroll plate. All of them were delicious and well priced!
