This review is for Carlos brez who supposed to be the 'Manager'. I have never run into a manager has his attitude. After went through drive-through and got home and find out the happy meal has no chicken nugget in it, I had to deal with a crying up set child who watches her brother eating his food because they forgot to give hers, so I called the store, the manager Carlos answer the phone, after I told him what happened he said either you can come back tomorrow to get your refund or the food. But my child needs to eat her lunch, so I asked him I'm going to go back to pick up the food but I'm very upset I have to get the kids back in the car and drive all the way back and how do you usually take care of this, do you compensate people's time and gas to do that since it was your mistake? The whole time he was talking to me was already with bad attitude, and now even gotten worse, he said I already said sorry and then he hang up on me... i'm shocked at this manager supposed to be! So I called again but no one answered the phone because he know it was me calling. I went back and pick up the food and I asked him, did you gang up on me? He had a nasty look on his face and look down on me and said I'm busy I have no time to talk, you have a great day! Then he shot the window on me!! OMG I have never been treated so poorly and I can't believe that people with that kind attitude is the manager!! You this the food is cheap so you can treat people poorly like that? That just ridiculous.

This particular franchise is very close to my home and when I used to do DoorDash during the pandemic it was crazy. The one thing everyone seems to want when they can't leave home is a taste of something familiar. The lines at the drive-thru at 5:00 a.m. are finally back to normal. I don't eat here very often, but every once in a while I cannot resist a quarter pounder with cheese. There's just something about the way it tastes that is reliable no matter where you order one. The french fries must be eaten the minute you sit down in your car. Cold McDonald's french fries taste like cardboard with salt. Hot McDonald's french fries are a gift from heaven with salt! So eat them on the way home, the burger will be just fine waiting.
If I happen to need breakfast on the go, the sausage egg McMuffin is my go-to. If I'm feeling particularly decadent, the hash browns are like the french fries, only 100 times better. Crispy crunchy and always hot! Same rule supply, eat the hash brown first.

I had a disappointing experience at this location that needs to be shared—not to fault the frontline staff, but to highlight issues with the app and especially the management.
I placed a mobile order for a large fries and large Diet Coke, intending to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, the young man working there was friendly but couldn’t locate my order. He called over a manager, and that’s where things got worse.
The manager showed up and immediately began cussing at other employees using vulgar language, right in front of customers. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary.
Then, instead of offering to bring the food out to a numbered spot like most locations would, I was told to go park, walk inside, and wait for them to hand me my food. This was a drive-thru order—why should I have to go inside and wait after already being stuck at the window for 10 minutes?
What if this had been someone elderly or physically impaired who couldn’t easily go inside? There was no consideration or care in how the situation was handled.
