The two stars is to acknowledge the actual food provided is fine. The poor review accounts for the fact that EVERY drive thru visit to this location, ends up being a curbside order. On my last visit I ordered 2 smoothies. I already knew what was coming, they asked me to park in the front. I politely declined, since the point of a drive thru is to avoid parking and hopefully have fast service. After I declined, the shift manager came up to the window. I asked her if it would be ok if I just wait for my order at the window. She flat out at said no and said that it was because I ordered 2 smoothies, so they take longer to serve. I can tell she was frustrated that I didnt just abide the first time. I dont like wasting energy on people like that, so I drove away to park. As I am parking, someone is coming out with my order. So again, making me park was a waste of my time. I believe the staff name was Maria. I am not sure if this is something they are being directed to do for a particular reason or if it's because they are being times on drive thru orders and they are trying to deceitfully improve their time. I came to this McDonald’s, the manager Daniel was working the register, Every time I go to any McDonald’s they always ask me for my app code if I’m using the app, I tried giving the manager the offer code that was available on the app for a buy one get one McFlurry for $.29. The manager stated that I could only use one discount code at a time. I don’t think he understood that the first code is just for him to know that I’m using the app. I didn’t give him no discount code to anything. My order was only two McFlurry’s, and I intended to use the code for the McFlurry offer that was available on the app he kept denying the offer, claiming that I could only use one coupon code at a time which it’s true, but I didn’t give them multiple discount codes I only gave them my ID code from the app and and the code for the McFlurry offer. Read moreI recently made an order through doordash and the McDonalds store forgot to put half of my order in the bag and give it to doordash. I called the store directly and spoke with the manager. He mentioned that he had a new employee who forgot to put the rest of my order in a bag for doordash. The manger then offered to replace my entire meal for the inconvenience. He said to just come by the McDonalds whenever I had the time to get my meal. I said thank you and that was the end of that. This morning I called and there happen to be another manager and she said she would not provide me with the meal that the other manager had promised. She said that was doordashs mistake. I told her no it was not the manager clearly stated it was his employees mistake.
