Mendocino Farms — Restaurant in San Jose

This restaurant is about to get ALL my money! WOW!! From the outside it honestly looks like a bank or something, but I decided to take a chance because I really wanted a fresh salad. I walked in and was blown away by the beautiful, open, serene energy of this restaurant. All the menu selections were obvious “you literally can’t go wrong” options. I got the Baja Green Goddess Salad and the Thai Sweet Potato Soup — 🔥🔥🔥The fountain drinks — omg sooooo good! No synthetic liquids here — they have a sweet little all natural juice bar with fruited tea and lemonade. The green juice tastes like it was freshly juiced just minutes ago, and all selections are available in “help yourself and enjoy!”mode. The service was warm and welcoming and my food was delivered to my table within about 10 minutes. I can’t get over the old fashioned cutlery lol! Clearly… clearly, some actual thought and care went into every detail. Even the house music was upbeat and refreshing. Oh, and the outdoor area? Beautiful, secluded, inviting... I’m literally in love with this place. Their motto is “Eat Happy” … yes, yes, lol...

We are not hungry but just want to try their food out of curiosity ( We live not far and passing the restaurant often). We are pleasantly surprised and actually shocked that they can make a sandwich these tasty!!! The sandwich, soup and juice bar are high quality, delicious and healthy. If I am single, I will come everyday and not be bothered with cooking. Thank you for taking the sandwich making to a next level!!! Staffs are very friendly, the environment is clean, spacious and pleasant. One can't ask for more!!! We will try their salad next time! Vegetarian reviewer: Mendocino Farms has the besttt Banh Mi ever! I wouldn't eat 'em anywhere else. And it's vegan.

This location is pretty and so well lit, we absolutely loved the space. Pretty succulents and benches with turf on the backrest as well on the seats.. it feels like you're having a picnic inside a restaurant. Super clean and well maintained as well. I liked their salad too one time at another location. The staff is pretty quick and I had a good conversation about their Banh-mis last time.
