Togo Order - 30 boneless wings Order time to deliver 9:10pm visit 1: we promptly visited 9:10 pm - Order not ready and so we waited 9:30pm Order picked up and came to car and checked for count - yes we did because we had been fooled before 3 times on count. Forget the count for now, what we got was bone in wings and some boneless wings - count is 24 instead of 25.
Visit 2: we went back and report this issue. 9:45pm second pickup - came to car and check the count - it is 24 boneless wings this time as well.
Visit 3: we went back and report this issue. to my surprice that front desk man pulled his manager this time. the manager is like - hay buddy whats up? i counted myself it is 30. for a sec i thought i might have made a mistake - then i shown him, it is 7+7+10 = 24 - we ordered for 30. this guy got fedup with busy day and he says he can't redo and he will give refund! -
Problem: he made a counting mistake - he did not even care about the customer and stylishly saying he will refund! he did not even appologize and asked a sorry for his mistake of making us visit repeatedly. He was rude at me but saying i was showing attitude to him! Count mistakes is not first time - almost all thursdays i go to this particular restuarant for boneless wings pickup because we have bogo deal on thursdays. Many times they made mistakes on count and i go home then realize and come back. 1 time 10 count missed 1 time 5 count misses - i have to drive back all the way from cupertino to this place. 1 time, like this i picked up reorder and came out - this same manager came out and called me and says i did not pay for this order! i explained it is reorder and he was fine. but he missed there to check my first order count itself.
Reason and solution given: Its a Halloween day and we are very busy. you take the refund and leave.
Questions to the management: When you make counting mistakes, can't you ask an apology? or at least a simple sorry? how did you think that i am showing attitude? this is not first time you make this error - check my account(Meenakshi), at least i had 3 repeat orders in that past because of bad count When customer places order and waiting for delivery and you make multiple errors and waste his time and yours, how could you say you will refund? Read moreCame here for Father’s day and it was the absolute worst service i’ve ever had. We were there over 2 hours due to the horrible service. we were a party of 6, and taken to our table with only 5 chairs and told to wait while they wiped it down and added another chair. this should have been done before we were taken in in the first place. The server took our drinks order, but then forgot to take our food order. We called him over 15-20mins later. He didn’t apologize. the food finally came out another 20 mins later but was missing an order of fries and they didn’t bring out plates or napkins either. once again, we had to request both things and it took them 5-10 mins to bring out the plates. The fries never came out. Once again, no apology whatsoever. At the end of the meal, the server brought the check without offering any dessert. We requested desserts (4 chocolate cakes, and a cheesecake). They came out rather quickly, but the chocolate cakes did not come with vanilla ice cream as described on the menu. Once again, we requested it and the server insisted that ice cream wasn’t included even after we showed him the menu description. he said we could add it for an extra $1, so we agreed. once again, we had to remind him to bring it 10mins later, and he brought it out in a to-go cup. when we finally got the check, he had charged us $3.50 for the ice cream that should have been included in the first place!!
I understand being understaffed, especially post pandemic, but it is no excuse for lack of communication or poor service. The restaurant was rather empty, and none of the employees seemed to be in a rush for anything. Our server never once apologized and would forget easy things like taking our order, bringing plates, checking to make sure we received everything in the order and offering dessert. at the end, the least we expected was getting a dessert comped, but instead were charged EXTRA for the ice cream that was supposed to be included according to the menu.
Thankfully we were in high spirits for Father’s day, but we will not be coming back again. I hope management takes action to better train their employees to provide excellent service despite the potential staffing shortage.

Read moreI wanted to try this place for a very long time and finally did and i cannot express enough how dissapointed i am.
First, we were looking for a staff to greet and sit us and it took 15 min for someone to come to us to sit us down.
I was then approached and was asked what i wanted to drink and i said hot/warm water. I was given hot water in a tin can and when i took a sip, i immediately smelled something foul. While waiting for our food, the server came by and i asked for a glass of water and i commented that something smelled off with what i received from her. The server then said, we use the tin can cup to mix drinks with. So i thought to myself, why would she used it to serve me my drink? I also did not get the replacement water until the end of our meal. I had to get up to actually look for a server to give me water.
We then proceeded to order our burgers. It literally took 45 min to get it to us. We arrived roughly at 8:05 pm and didnt eat till 8:50pm roughly. When it finally arrived, one of the order was incorrect. So the server said, ill let the cook know. I didnt want to eat by myself so my co worker and i started eating my fries until the other food arrives. The server came by after 10 min and i asked how long would it take to get the other burger? she said about 3 min. We waited for 30 and still no burger. I got up and told one of the server to take the other burger we were waiting for out off our bill and that i will half my burger with my co worker.
Im thinking to myself, if its a re fire of an order they made a mistake on, why would it take the same amount of time as if we just ordered? The sad part was the table that came in 12 min after us, got their appetizers and entree before us. Bizarre!
Supervisor came after knowing the situation and didnt really do anything for us other than taking the other burger off the bill.
The meat had no seasoning, no flavor at all but because of the other component, it made up for whats missing. After i had paid, the server said "would you like the other burger for free since its already been made?" I responded no, because im not sure how long it would take you to bring it out to me.
