Pho King — Restaurant in San Jose

Overall super tasty broth, came out super hot up until the last bite. I am only giving one less star because I feel like the meat should be a little bit more quality. It’s was a bit tough and bland. I also got the Thai tea! Cold and refreshing, not super sweet which how I prefer my Thai tea. My total was $25 not including tip.

Staff super friendly especially I was eating alone and they made me feel welcomed.

New vietnamese restaurant that opened a few days ago. I went for the Pho Tai option while my wife went for the Vermicelli Bowl with Grilled pork and shrimp. We were both very happy with our choices. The pho broth was hearty without being too oily. I didn’t feel the need to drown it with hoisin and sriracha which is always a good sign. Bbq Chicken- This was absolutely delicious I loved the tenderness, flavour and overall look of my meal. Interior is overall cozy and clean. I went home feeling super full and energized.
