Ann, who currently works her, dropped both octopus and spicy mayo into my bowl when I did not ask for it. She originally grabbed the salmon, but dropped some of it into the octopus container - then proceeded to grab out the salmon piece (in which she also grabbed the octopus). For the sauce, I asked her what the orange one was, and she proceeded to put it on my bowl.
When I mentioned both mistakes, she looked and me with a blank face and nodded. She didnāt apologize or offer to make a new bowl. She left and her Co worker (a nice, polite guy) ended up remaking my bowl for me. It was obvious she was not familiar with the menu & professional service.
On my way out the door, she asked her co worker ādid she pay for foodā with a negative look on her face.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was getting my car serviced and i was just walking around the neighborhood and I saw Poke Palace.
I ordered online and was able to pick up my order within 10 mins. My first impression was how small the order was. However, i did order the small bowl but for $14 i expected more compared to other poke restaurants plus they forgot the spicy mayo!
I ordered tuna, yellow tail, soba noodles, mango, chicharon , with spicy mayo and a side of crab salad.
Fortunately, i was home when i ate the poke. I just made my own spicy mayo with siracha, lemon juice, salt and of course mayo. Also, i topped it off with slices of fried pork belly.
Other than forgetting the spicy mayo and the quantity of the items. It was fresh and savory.
Don't know if I'll be back since i don't live...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOooooooooooooohhhhh yeeeeeee. Poke Paradise, I believe, is the best spot for poke. For price and amount given. I especially like the fact that it l they don't blend there tuna with the spice. They keep the tuna's cube shape which is best. The staff always makes a suggestion in terms of sauces. Do the house special and unagi sauce. Done! They do a little discount if you pay cash too. The have a rewards system in place too now. Definitely a must go!
UPDATE (5.28.2023)

Only thing really changed is the price for a regular bowl. It's creeped up to $17 for a regular bowl. Getting pricy. But it's still...
