⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ First let me start by can't trust any positive review, they could be payed for, could be the workers or owners or even family. And it's very possible from the ethnic community that wants to see their own people succeed. Might not even trust negative reviews but often enough people are more likely to give a negative review than a positive one because they would feel most strongly from a bad experience than a good one. A good experience would have to be exceptional, a nice experience is average expectation for all places.
Now I went here hoping to leave a good review, supporting a small business and encouraging others to come here over the larger chains. I walk in wanting to buy a pizza, small just for me but I see big and bold $21 for a small 6 slice pizza, dam I don't want to pay that much for a pizza, and so being confused by how they set up their menu and everything so small print I went for the salad. Would that be all sir? Taken aback by that pointed statement I politely looked to the sodas and asked if I could get one, seeing his frustration and hostility I decided that was all. He asked will that be all sir? I said yes, will that be all sir? I said kindly yeah that's all I'm getting, will that be all sir? At this point I was feeling the confrontation from the cashier building. Yes. I'll pay now, I paid and wanting to show no ill will I gave them a tip of I think 15%, he left to the back and I heard them talk in their native language. I waited looking over the menu and saw two more variations of small pizza at different prices, normally the value menu would be advertised not the more expensive versions, I would have gotten a pizza and a salad as extra maybe. When he brought my salad he put it in a bag and almost flung it at me in frustration. I absolutely didn't feel welcomed and I didn't do anything to deserve that treatment. It was almost like they saw me as a disgusting cash cow, that how dare I value my money and looking for a deal on pizza. And the whole time I tried to maintain respect and empathy. After I left I knew right there ill never return to this place. At no time is it ever OK to treat a customer with kindness and welcoming. Even if I wanted to try the pizza now, it wouldn't be right after that. Dam, I really wanted to say amazing things but no, I will avoid this place for the rest of my life. And look for a papa Jones or...
Read moreWe recently called to place an order from this pizza place, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude from the start. He repeatedly insisted, "You gotta be here in 10 minutes," in a very impatient tone. I tried to ignore his attitude and proceeded to place my order, hoping the food would be worth it.
When I asked about their specialties, instead of providing any helpful information, he curtly told me to look online. I found this response both unprofessional and unhelpful, especially for a customer who might not have immediate access to their website. His tone and manner were unnecessarily harsh, making me feel unwelcome.
After a few moments of trying to figure out what to order, he suddenly declared that their oven was closed. This abrupt and contradictory information left me confused and frustrated. If their oven was indeed closed, why didn't he mention it at the beginning of our conversation? The entire interaction was characterized by a complete lack of courtesy and customer service.
Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any restaurant. The rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff member were unacceptable. I strongly advise against ordering from this place if you value respectful and decent customer service. What a thoroughly...
Read moreHad the worst experience with the guy over the phone today. My wings came plain after I ordered buffalo wings and the guy said he could send a driver to deliver me buffalo sauce. I said oh ok and agreed and then he called me 3 minutes later saying “The delivery drivers are busy at this time and he will not be able to deliver the buffalo sauce and said he would throw in 3 pieces of wings for free the next time I order”. I immediately said no thank you and demanded a refund. He put on me hold and “said ok and a driver will be there in 10 minutes to pick up the wings I don’t want.” The Driver came and delivered the sauce but I wanted my refund and the delivery driver did not know about any refund. I told the delivery driver to wait until I called them the guy said I thought you wanted the sauce. The moral of the story is not the sauce but this establishment not doing its due diligence. As soon as I noticed they did not want to help the situation, I made it a bigger deal. Places like this got me to learn better customer service and not everyone is not after free food. It’s your fault and own it. They lost me as a customer over this experience indefinitely and I called to let them know they did and then they tried to give me compensation with different food items but I told them I don’t want anything from...
