Drinks are constantly inconsistent, store table tops are usually very dirty and the floor is usually pretty sticky.
IT SAYS RIGHT ON YELP THEY ARE MISSING THEIR HEALTH INSPECTION AND THEY STILL HAVE THEIR OLD SIGN UP SAYING THEY PASSED!!!!
SANTA CLARA COUNTY HEALTH INSPECTION REPORT CONFIRMS THEY FAILED IN 2013 PASSED IN 2014 AND FAILED AGAIN In 2015
THEY STILL HAVE A BIG GREEN SIGN THAT SAYS PASS ON THEIR WINDOW THOUGH LOL
Also seems to be a local hangout spot for local drunks and homeless people high on crystal meth.
I have seen their staff prep the store for closing through the window after hours and i can honestly say their methods of cleaning the blenders and other dishware are far from sanitary at least as far as American health standards go. If this starbucks was located in a village in west africa im sure it would be a different story.
I really hate to sound over dramatic but I am honestly never coming here again for my own health and I would advise all others who care about their own health and safety to...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I came in for a quick bite a chocolate croissant and a mocha frappe I believe and next thing I know I get corrected for not saying croissant incorrectly by the cashier, fine no biggy I got my drink but no croissant. I go to the cashier and ask about it she tell me I order something and she forgot to requested to be prepare. Now she checks for my receipt to make sure i ordered it because at this point I told her what I order. Finally the find it and she didnt even apologize the guy that handed me the pastry said sorry. I was very upset for several reasons. Waste of time, the way I was treated, the fact that I was told what I ordered and made feel like I thief since they had to make sure I ordered it. Because after me telling you what I ordered why would you even check. I have worked and still work in customer service and it upsets me when I see poor training and the lack of customer service. I love Starbucks but is...

I completely understand if that’s the store’s policy, but it was the delivery that left a bad taste. After hours on the road, there’s often some urgency, and I’d prefer to be able to wait in line for my drink without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. The tone felt unnecessarily harsh, which was disappointing given Starbucks’ usual standard of service.
I know policies come from above and employees may face challenges enforcing them—but a little more empathy and professionalism in how it’s communicated would go a long way.
And a note for corporate Starbucks, you've put both your customers and your employees in a...
