The ambience here rocks hard. The best seats are outside where the people are. Inside can get cramped and noisy with coffee machines. You will find cyclists of all ages and convenient places to park your cycle. Take a quiet corner seat. You can eavesdrop on interesting old folk with fairy tale lives chatting an afternoon away. Listen to moms on hiatus from their kids loudly trash talking them to their friends as you giggle into your coffee. This used to be my go to Starbucks; however, I feel that it lacks everything Starbucks stands for. Every time I go into the store, I am never welcomed in and feel as though I am bothering the baristas. The environment used to be friendly before the remodel and before new management came. The baristas also tend to ignore me when I walk in and have recently had an attitude. I'm also not sure who the tall blonde lady is but the last time I was in there she was very hostile. I explained to her that my drink was not made to standard and rather than being inviting and calm, she became aggravated and took the drink back and slammed it in the sink right in front of me. Starbucks is one of my go-to places when I want a latte or cappuccino. Starbucks is fast efficient and the quality control is excellent. You definitely know what you're going to get when you go to a Starbucks. I also like Starbucks breakfast sandwiches.
