The drinks here were awesome, but the reason for my low rating is not because of the drinks quality but because of cleanliness. For a restaurant establishment they need to be spotless. Tables were dirty, windows and floors and window curtains were dirty. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is "very dark" in appearance and the lighting was not bright enough plus the restaurant needs a facelift to a more modern environment. They only filled my girlfriend’s drink about 70% of the way since she asked for no ice. I have been to countless boba places and in my experience you normally get a full cup of tea, ice or no ice. However, they refused to remake the drink when I told them this. This is a place that clearly puts their own bottom line over their customers. I have recently been coming to this Teasociety Bubble tea shop at least two or three times a week now. I definitely likes their milk teas here. The Matcha Love tasted great, Toppings are yummy, soft, and Chewy, and I absolutely love the cute and clean interior designs. Beautiful and welcome atmospheres.
