TEAZENTEA — Restaurant in San Jose

One of the workers was extremely rude. I come here every now and then to eat, and drink while I study. I came to study late this time around 10 on a Monday (during the last hour of Closing) there was only me and another customer there; so i wasn't impossing on anyone. I'd understand if someone was waiting for a seat but it was close to closing and there was only one other person besides me there. I do this often with no problems prior to today and order something usually while or after i finish studying with no issues. For some reason when I came in this time, one of the female workers kept rushing me to order when I wasn't ready. After being asked a 3rd time if i was ready to order while i was working(which has never happened to me all the other times I've come here to study) I was asked to leave. She stating "if you aren't going to order you need to leave" In front of everyone. It was extremely embarrassing and unnecessary to be treated like that. I wanted to order but I chose not to in the end because I felt uncomfortable the way I was being rushed out without reason (meaning i was sitting there studying botheringno one and asked to leave because i wasn'tready to order yet). Came in at 9:45 2 members working wasn’t packed yet ordered around 9:48 things eventually did get busy and the girl is doing all the work handling the stress and pressure weve waited a whole hour for our order the man is very slow paced doesn’t show any sign of urgency or paying attention to the orders or customers even atleast trying to be of any support to the girl there should be a system in place yes there is the numbers and so they should go by that order 1 2 3 4 5 not jumping around the orders while then missing things also not removing tickets that are done we do get it it gets busy but when things aren’t managed properly they get worse and with staff that don’t seem to have experience or any sense of their surroundings they just make things worse not just us but other people waited absurd times for there orders or when they asked found out there order hadn’t even been worked on we do love this spot i hope this review can be seen by the staff or management and...

My family in Antioch always gets Teazentea in their area, the one day I was in Antioch and my family got boba, they forgot to get my order so I’ve been on a Boba mission ever since. Thank God that they have a Teazentea in San Jose! Im probably going to stop by every time I make a commute South or when I’m heading back North which I do frequently. Smh so upset that my family forgot to order for me that day because Teazentea is bomb! Once I got my order from the San Jose location I fell in love.
