The Meltdown — Restaurant in San Jose

You definitely know how to play with people’s time and money. I am absolutely never coming to/ ordering from this store every again. Also I will use the little voice I have to share to my peers, colleagues, friends, families and public audience to not waste their money on some fancy bread with no meat on it. You should be ashamed to advertise your sandwiches the way you do. Your sandwiches are nothing close to the advertisement. I had the giddy up melt and the hot mess melt, and also the onion rings and fries. The 'burnt end brisket' portion was tiny and tasted of liquid smoke, not real BBQ. There was barely any cheese, and the bread was thick but like brioche gone horribly wrong. The grill taste is the same as every horrible greasy denny's sandwich - which are ok, but calling this an artisinal sandwich is deeply deceptive

I would never ever even consider this...
