Tofu is silky smooth. However, they use "Fructose" as a substitute for sugar. You can see many 5 or 10 gallons of fructose are sitting on the floor in the back room. So it is very unhealthy. Fructose causes insulin resistance, which can lead to obesity and type II diabetes. I would not come back to this place again due to their unhealthy ingredients. Who knows what else do they put...
