Titan's Pho Asian Bistro — Restaurant in San Juan Capistrano

Alright, I am giving away another secret. Last time we ate there we nearly shouted at the owner, "we are so impressed with how consistant your food is here, its always sooooo good"!!! I think its the best Pho in South Orange county. Lets be clear, this is not a gourmet/high end establishment. Rather, its the perfect "middle of the road" chinese, thia, pho infused eatery. We have been eating at Titan's for years, and we can't remember a time when the food was not good, or consistant. The prices are fair for the amount of food you receive, even post Covid "resturaunt survival" pricing! If you are going to dine in, it has more of a "hole in the wall" feel. Its one of those places where if you dine in, you see a CONSTANT stream of people picking up take out orders, always a good sign. Our favorite dishes tend to be any pho option, the steamed shrimp spring rolls, and any of their chinese food. My wife loves the pad thai. Everything always comes out quickly, hot, and fresh. At the time of writing this only had 4.1 stars and I'm not sure why... it should easily be 4.9 stars. Hubby ordered brisket pho, I got chicken pho. The broth was insanely rich, warm, and delicious. Hubby said the brisket was the best brisket he's ever had in a pho, and he's a foodie. He said it was "real brisket."

I love a ton of lime in my pho, and instead of declining my request, or charging for more lime (as has happened other places) they kindly kept it coming til an entire tree was in my bowl.

The shrimp spring rolls (rice paper) were really big, very crunchy and deliciously fresh. The pad thai was also very flavorsome.

Our server was delightful, friendly, but not too much.

As I said, this easily should be 4.9 stars. Why not 5? Just the atmosphere. BUT, it is a low-cost pho place, and based on that, it's actually above par for such great prices.

After a tiresome 5-hour drive, I stumbled upon Titan's Pho Asian Bistro, and it turned out to be the best decision. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a kind and welcoming woman. The serene atmosphere, with only four customers present, provided a peaceful respite. Opting for the combination pho and veggie egg rolls, every bite was a delight. What stood out was the attentive service, especially from the same lady who greeted me – perhaps the owner or main manager. She effortlessly tended to every customer, exemplified when a fellow diner dropped his spoon; without a word, she swiftly provided a new one. Such attention to detail was remarkable. Her politeness shone through, and to top it off, she gave me a cookie with a thoughtful wish inside of it. I truly appreciated the meaning behind it.
