I should have asked more questions as it was my first time at Wendi's. Although the two gentlemen were friendly, I wish their staff had eaten their products so they could have made effective recommendations or perhaps they could have given us samples. We ordered a garlic bagel, a cheese bagel, an apple fritter and a bran muffin.
The server toasted the bagels and put cream cheese inside the bagels. Maybe that is normal, but I wanted to control when to put the cream cheese on my bagel and didn't know he was going to do that and discovered it in the car. It resulted in a very messy bagel. We had planned to eat a bit right then and to have some for breakfast the next day. We enjoyed a few bites right then, but the morning plan didn't work out well.
The bran muffin I can't describe accurately. For my son and I, we didn't like it, but someone who really likes bran might.

The gentleman who was rude, was an older white male. It was the first time I had seen him. The man was so upset afterwards he was literally shaking and sweating from how upset he was. Completely unacceptable customer service.

   Read moreWent in to get a smoothie as I have gotten hundreds of times. I was charged almost two dollars more and I simply asked the gentleman why. I can't fathom how rude and condescending he was over a question. I showed him my phone the numerous times I was charged $6 and he snatched my phone out of my hand and said he doesn't care how many times I've been there or got it. I have never experienced such rude customer service I was genuinely shocked. How calm he was about it and saw no problem with it whatsoever. He just said he wasn't trying to be rude but I told him he was being so.
