Oh my god. I think this might have been the worst meal I've ever had IN MY LIFE. This wasn't just bad, this was next level awful.

The only logical conclusion I can come to is that someone at some point tried real Mexican food, and then they told some chefs about it and they tried to recreate it. And then those chefs left and hired new people that had never cooked before but showed initiative, and then they tried to recreate those chefs recipes. And then they left and hired people who had never cooked before and these ones didn't quite show the same initiatives, but they showed up and were pleasant enough so they got the job. And now through this complex game of food-telephone, we have whatever this is...some weird take on Mexican food made by people who have never had actual mexican food.

Just look at the photos. If you've had real mexican food, you can tell immediately that this is going to be a disappointment. The guac...was not guac. Go to Pueblo and buy the cheapest pre-made guac, and it would be a huge improvement from this. The tortillas were inedible. Gross. The meats were dry and gross. Tomatoes weren't ripe. It's just shocking how terrible this food was.

BUT, the saving grace...the employees were all super nice. The service was fast, they were great. The drinks were great. It's just the main reason for going there...the food...is quite possibly the worst mexican food...

The island of PR needs urgently a real mexican restaurant, in our search to crave our mexican palads, we have pass by different stablishments, and this as the others has dissapointed me. The webpage writes that the restaurant was started by a Mexican back in the days, but the today´s food speaks for another want to be mexican restaurant. I understand the people expects such a food rather texmex, but for a Mexican this cannot fool it. The food lacks of salt, flavor, "sazon" as we say; does not have authenthic flavors, the chilaquiles are a plate of nachos served with a boiled meat that says carnitas in the menu, the flautas is the only thing almost close but it is served with an awful guacamole made with local watery avocado and no flavor, not to finish with the stated authenthic taco pastor which again is a bolied meat with no flavor at all no color and no pastor on it. For what I paid on this food I am completely regret of it. Can not leave a 0 stars so...

Amazing place to eat. My parents always brought me food from this place and I finally went to the restaurant to eat there.

Servers are all extremely nice and eager to help. Many choices to eat for appetizers and drinks. As appetizer I ate Pico de Gallo which is honestly the best one I've ever eaten.

Whenever a glass of water empties, I don't have to call for a refill as they pay attention to guests and are quick to give you a refill from your drink or nachos. The freshness of the food is on another level. Presentation of it beautifully. And the taste... From the heavens.

For my main dish I had Tacos al Pastor Refrito and Guacamole. The refrito is one of the best I've eaten and the tacos just mouthwatering.

And for dessert I highly recommend Flan de Queso. Tres leches is also really good but the Flan de Queso just hits so differently.

Had an amazing time there and it's really rare to find such an amazing place with good customer service and...

Very delicious food! My husband and I ordered a virgin Pina colada and a single serving of chicken fajitas. The Pina colada was so delicious! I don't even care for coconut, but the pineapple coconut flavors just worked so well together. The fajitas were delicious as well and one serving was enough for the both of us. (We weren't stuffed by any means, but satisfied. Sharing a meal is a great idea if you aren't super hungry.) Service was excellent. The restaurant was super busy and loud, but we never had to wait long. Our food came out within 5-10 minutes of ordering, which is amazing! The atmosphere was incredible. A mariachi band was playing and singing and everyone was hyped up. It was a lot of fun.
