If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine look no further! ! For 2 years I wasted my time trying countless restaurants here in PR searching for what I found here yesterday! Everything was amazing, I grew up with real Mexican food trust me, go & treat yourself! . I had the enchiladas, they were absolutely delicious, the spicy soup, the refrito beans, and don't even get me started on the shrimp fajitas! At first glance $25 for shrimp fajitas threw me off, but when they came they were some of the biggest and best quality shrimp I've ever had and you know what? Next time I'm ordering them for 2 😂 I'm taking my time writing this because along with the service I received, this place deserves it! Good humble people cooking A1 top notch Mexican cuisine! Mejico Lindo y que Rico is my greatest restaurant find in years. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in traditional Mexican style and the dining room is large enough to accommodate large parties but small enough to feel intimate. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, including who I can only assume was the owner.

Both the caldo tlalpeño and the caldo xochitl we’re excellent, and I don’t even have pictures of my enchiladas to share because I devoured them. The chicken was juicy but not greasy, and the avocado was the freshest I’ve ever eaten.

The crepe filled with ice cream and topped with dulce de leche was incredible. I honestly don’t know how we finished it all, the portions are so generous.

Unfortunately, I have allergies and is difficult to eat without a fear that I’ll have an Allergic reaction. They use that ingredient that I’m allergic on everything. Anyways after telling the waitress was very uncomfortable since she got defensive. I was trying to enjoy our first (and last time) but she was rude and not very accommodating. Instead of finding me options she charged us extra. I guess too many years as a waitress can make a person not very happy. Was good, would had been better if the younger waitress took care of us. She was sweet. Maybe for other people is great. But I’ll never...
