Dave & Buster's San Juan — Restaurant in San Juan

I visited today Dave and Buster's at Plaza Las Americas with my family. Before gaming, we decided to eat at their restaurant section. We ordered the food but waited almost two hours to be served, except for my wife's order, which arrived in 10 minutes because it was a salad. Other tables that arrived later were served but not ours. The waiter told us one of the items from the order was taking more time than expected, but it would be served very soon. Incredibly, 15 minutes later, the waiter came to our table asking if our food was ok which I responded that it didn't arrive yet. So, he went to check, but another 15 minutes passed. Many servers passed through our table during that time, but nobody cared. Also, many servers were hanging out and congregating in multiple spots, chit-chatting, and using foul and obscene language, but they were not checking on the customers. Thankfully, a waitress passed and asked if we were waiting for something, and I explained the situation. She went to verify, and minutes later, one of the managers approached us and asked us what had happened. When she (the manager) started apologizing and explaining that they had a rough day (which was not our fault), the waiter arrived with our almost cold food, but we didn't want to wait any longer. The waiter explained to the manager the issues they were having in the kitchen, which you don't do in front of your customers. Another manager arrived at the table, apologizing for the situation, but I told him this was not the experience that my family and I intended to have. First, the waiter was nowhere to be found, and the other staff didn't care because they were having a good time instead of doing their job. Neither was there a supervisor verifying the tables' status. Using foul language near their nearby families with kids is unacceptable, and neither is listening to the staff talking about internal issues or that they are having a rough day. The restaurant was partially packed. Ultimately, they offered a discount for the trouble, but we decided to leave the premises rather than patronize...

Over the years we have visited various Dave and Buster's all over the U.S. This one at Plaza las Americas is my favorite. However, we went yesterday and noted a few things that are not to par with what it used to be. As always, the place looked cleaned and well maintained, but there was a change in the menu and the quality of the food is not what it was before. Please reconsider going back to your old menu and offer the same quality products that you used to serve. Also, I used to always order Dewars 12 and now it was not available. The kids had a blast as usual, but it is important to keep us adults happy as well! We just need good food and good cocktails! The wine that was included in the happy hour was pretty much undrinkable. Please remember that you are not serving alcoholic drinks to teenagers, who would drink anything that's cheap. Consider other successful happy hours like Metropol's restaurant, where for a couple of hours they have good deals on Don Q, Dewars, Beers, etc. I understand is a family place, but if you are going to have a restaurant and bar service, please make it enjoyable for us as well. I really hope you guys get back on track! It was perfect...

We were excited about a place to watch sports but it’s another failed experience. Asked for a particular game to shown on their beautiful sports bar only to be told it will be awhile because they were slammed. they had random sports on when its post Super Bowl and currently NBA season. leta move on to the drink menu without pricing. They have wines listed at 6, 9 ounces or bottles without prices. When i asked for prices they told me "it is what it is" and they would have to look up the price for the wine i was interested in. The chicken wings look like pigeon wings but the sauces were good. Wings are supposed to be served with celery and carrots. We were served neither. When i asked for them i received three 2" celery sticks. We couldn't get our check paid quick enough to leave.
