Tigella Italian Grill — Restaurant in San Juan

Disorganized, poor service and bad attitude. I ordered 2 bottles of water, a 10oz coffee and slice of cake (torta) and was asked to wait for my order on the table, which btw, it was dirty from the previous patron, no one came to clean it I had to clean it myself. After waiting for around 20 mins for my coffee, I approached the chashier to inquire about my order. She was not able to find it so I told her the items that were missing. She asked me again to wait on my table, to which I replied that this time I was going to wait there on the counter. She was annoyed by my reply, rolled her eyes and started working on my coffee. She then served me a 8oz cup of coffee when I paid for a 10oz. After telling her about the mixup, she again rolled her eyes, made an annoyance expression and prepared an extra shot of coffee which she wanted ME to pour it into the already FULL 8oz cup. I then asked her to pour both coffees into a 10oz cup. With a bad attitude she discarded both coffees and started to make a new cup. It was my first time there i wanted to try it and I was waiting in line and I saw the employee attending a client with the ath machine in hand while he had the gloves for the food I thought that was unsanitary but I still waited to be served, then another employee comes and said good afternoon which it was my bad I thought she wanted to ask what I wanted, so I told her what I wanted and she told the other employee with the gloves and ath machine, so he was like "wait till I'm finish with her (customer) and then I'll go with you OK" and I was like so confused and he repeat it and I was like ....ok? So I left because of those 2 things I don't think I'll give it a chance...

Big let down. Service 2 stars, 2 of the employees were more awake and friendly. The others don’t seem happy to be there. And one fix a good coffee. Atmosphere was what to be expected in a mall on a Tuesday. Not many customers but tables dirty. The food was a total disappointment and so the prices for this locale. 2.50 for a can of 10 ounces coke and 2.49 for a 4oz americano coffee. The food my first instinct, impression was not to eat, it looks like the pizza available has been sitting in display all day. Old and tired.
