Sizzler | Plaza Las Américas — Restaurant in San Juan

Food is not good here. Please go anywhere else. It is also expensive for the low quality food that is present. My boyfriend and I agree it’s some of the worst food we’ve had in a long time.

I went to the buffet and it was okay. It wasn’t the best, but it was edible.

However, my boyfriend ordered a steak and instead of medium well, it came almost rare. He stopped after a few bites. He didn’t want to complain, but he let me know later it wasn’t good.

It also took too long for the beverages to arrive. I was already done eating at the buffet when my lemonade finally arrived. The drink was also drowning with unmelted sugar at the bottom and was warm. It only had a few ice cubes at the top. It was also made with limes instead of lemons which made it unenjoyable.

It was about $60 for 2 buffets and the steak meal with a couple drinks and we really regret it. I would’ve rather gone to a fast food restaurant than this. The only thing that I really enjoyed was...

Not the sizzler I'm use to, being from th south. The food options was limited and some of the items were unfamiliar. I guess they cater to the foods there. Customer service was okay. Forgot where we where, had to use Microsoft translate to communicate with some of the staff. If you get the buffet, you have to wait for the server to give you plates.
