McDonald's — Restaurant in San Juan

Whether you go directly into the restaurant or not they take a little long at the servi-carro and inside.Never have I been to a McDonald's where nobody has a sense of urgency, they look miserable and are really slow, taking their sweet time with everything.They don't even know how to put onions on a cheeseburger.Who is the manager that hires these lazy people and how do they continue to keep operating this way? Even when you order from Uber eats you are gambling the chances of them messing up your order.I once payed for extra salsa agridulce and I never got it.Another time the chicken mcnuggets were over cooked and the gave me a regular cheeseburger instead of a mcduo.I ordered a hamburger with an extra patty and they didn't give it to me.Uber never wants to give me my money and I always have to dispute these charges through my bank because McDonald's ALWAYS messes up my orders 😡😡😡😡.

Oh and the link they gave me is no good.This McDonald's STILL doesn't have it together.The one in Avenida Roosevelt is way better.This one is a joke but unfortunately it's the closest one to my house.Stop sending me links about how you're sorry for the inconvenience and the experience and start hiring people that actually...

I would never step foot in a McDonald's in the states, but while traveling, you can always count on one to have air conditioning and clean bathrooms. When it's a nice 85 degrees year-round, any place with air conditioning is heaven sent!

What a let down, even for the expected quality, the service kills it. Two lanes to order in the drive-thru-lane and they take 3 orders from the other lane before getting to mine. Order was missing items when handed the bag, and I get attitude from staff. They don't look you in the eye. I know food service work is thankless, but this is so disappointing for a brand new location. Three times here and three times just as bad, not coming...
